My everything bagel sandwich had overcooked egg: it had turned green on the sides and had a strong taste of ammonia, pretty much inedible. Timbits were fantastic and so was my coffee drink.Not sure why they didn't throw the egg out, though, should be basic training not to pass green eggs to customers: straight into the trash.
I was disappointed with this Tim Hortons. The dark roast was like colored water. They wouldn't refill a clean T.H. travel cup. So much for reducing waste. Probably some managers policy. The ironic part was that we were already at the Pilot across the street and i thought this would be better, so i crossed the street. Big mistake!!
Chili is the best thing about Tim Hortons, and this location is consistently out of it. Highly disappointing. Kinda reminds me of a McDonalds ice cream machine…just take it off the menu already.

Absolutely horrible. How can they serve something like this? The cheese isn’t even melted and the bread tastes disgusting and soggy. They also gave me my frozen hot chocolate spilling out the sides and said “be careful it’s spilling” like why would u not fix that ?
I love, love, love Tim Hortons coffee. Unfortunately this location did not do the Tim Hortons name justice! In the words of Stewie Griffin they hurined our coffees!
Every time I stop here they always seem to be out of something. It’s not that I even stop late, I go before work and am there by 7am anytime I’ve went. How can a donut and coffee shop be out of donuts and coffee by 7am. RIDICULOUS
The best Tim Hortons in the world is this location right here. They offer top notch service and respect here. Everyone in this place deserves a raise.
The young male manager berated his staff when he thought no one was watching. Not very cool in front of mature adults with kids. I wouldn’t want to work for a manager of his type. I’m a college graduate and would never treat anyone like I watched him treat the younger kid working for him that was doing his job, with kindness. I’m pretty sure he isn’t anymore educated than the kids working “under” him.
