Great staff! service great.
staff did not listen to order and refused to make it right. offered to pay the difference and still didn't correct the medium to the large I ordered. customer service was lacking.
I go to so many Tim Hortons and almost everyone is a happy place. I'll not stop going, and I'll not stop enjoying their breakfast wraps and croissants.
This place is usually nice and relaxed and easily gets my order out, it makes for a great place to discuss business and other things, love meeting my business partner here
Another perfect coffee. I guess just don't get your coffee from the Perry highway branch.
This is unfortunately the only Tim Horton's around, and seemingly the only coffee place too. They keep up really well, but could really use a redesign of their drive thru set up to help smooth that out further. Or maybe someone could just open another coffee shop in Harborcreek and we all wouldn't have to crowd it lol
Ordered a double toasted or toasted dark with onion and chive cream cheese. Literally maybe 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese and basically cold, un-toasted bagel. Shared pictures on the google pics section. I am constantly disappointed in this location which is why I am finally sharing this review. As a Canadian I am willing to drive further into Erie for better service. Every single time I’ve tried this location since we moved into the Harborcreek area 7 years ago, I am left with disappointment. I will from now on, happily spend my money elsewhere. Willing to drive all the way to 38th and Pine - and would recommend others do as well - save yourself and money for quality food, service and quality. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Their sandwiches are very good
This was my double toasted or dark toasted bagel with cream cheese. Basically cold, not toasted with less than 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese. I live in the area and have given this location so many chances over the last 6 years and I will NEVER return. Just the worst service, quality and food I have every experienced in fast food service. I am not one to give poor reviews (and I have had worst experiences at this location than this) but I want to save others from such utter failure to provide service for our hard earned money. I will gladly drive to 38th and Pine for better everything, and recommend y’all do the same. And from past experiences I can confidently say, it is from the management down.
Not military friendly at all… Heard the manager Jammi Gunter and her co workers say “Fuck you” to a military member in uniform… I don’t care what the situation is you never say that to a customer let alone someone in uniform. Will never go there again.
