Unfriendly service! What is the point of using the app if your rude staff makes me get in line to order and it’s 15 later than app said!!!!! And I can’t cancel! Your inside staff needs to learn to not be rude and sassy!!!! Never again will I come to this location and I would’ve cancelled if I could. Btw wrote this while I waited for my coffee that was suppose to be done15 minutes ago- I’m still in line! Slow service.
Went here at 11:10am today. The drive thru line was around the building. We parked and my husband went in. Literally 15 minutes later he came out empty handed. In the 15 minutes in line they only waited on 1 person. Later we were on 26th again, 1:10pm. There wasn’t any lines-just one car in front of us. That car had already ordered and was at the pay window waiting. We waited 4 minutes before anyone took our order. We pulled ahead and gave our money. It took forever to get our change and 2 coffees. The girl said she’s be back with a muffin. We sat for another several minutes while multiple kids stood having conversation. I finally laid on my horn. A kid opened the window and handed me a muffin that had been sitting there. I asked him if they just “forgot”. It was 11:22 when we pulled out with two cups of coffee and a muffin-and only one customer ahead of us. If there was a manager on duty allowing this group of kids to sit around talking while ignoring customers-they should be FIRED! My husband said that was exactly the behavior that he witnessed while standing inside for 15 minutes earlier in the day. Employees are only as good as the leadership teaches and the work ethic they should instill. Epic fail
DO NOT GO INTO LOBBY!!! Staff prioritize drive thru and only have one person working up front. Order taken and we waited 25 minutes to be given food and was informed they didn't have part of what we ordered after that 25 minutes.6 employees working the drive thru watched 10 + people come into the lobby and then leave as their orders were not taken after 15 minutes. You are better off waiting the half hour in the drive thru or going to another location with good service on 12th Street.
Went inside today to do roll up the rim the older lady working the cash register rang up my whole order in this nope it's too late nothing I can do poor service
Honey they Shrunk the bagels. Good service but bagel was tiny and low quality dough. Used to be a Tim's bagel was great...now like a cheap supermarket brand
Love their ice coffe.However the ppl in the 26th st by pennisula one dont know wth their doing, they always messing the orders and if you tell them they get mad
Foods great, if they have everything you ordered, it's prepared correctly, ave cooked to standard quality. Two out of three seems to be the success rate.
Drive through is quick but the employees are rude.
If you're going in the morning on a weekday, go through the drive thru no matter how long the line is, they prioritize the drive thru. Took me 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order because only one of the maybe ten employees working in the morning was actually attending to customers in the restaurant, while the rest were tending to the drive thru orders. Food was good and the lady at the register was apologetic for the wait, but other employees saw her with a line, struggling, and no one did anything to help her.
Tim Hortons is amazing. It’s the horrible staff at this location that does it for me. I don’t know who needs to hear this, but YOU DON’T HAVE TO MAKE COFFEE FOR A LIVING. Choose a job you like, so I can enjoy a beverage that is made properly and not with attitude.
