Haven't been to this location in a while... mainly because of the dragged out Covid b.s.The guys there were really cool, and the Cinnamon Oat milk latte I got was awesome! Just a shame that they had half the menu cut out and the lobby was being mopped and chairs up. I guess business has been slow still to get back going. Great place, and the plastic lid on my drink even had a Maple ? Leaf cut out on the top! Pretty neat??

A Tims franchise that needs some work and attention from Head office Management. My wife and I attended there on Sunday May 15,2022 at 7.00pm and found the place locked up even though a non labeled Tims Hortons sign on door stated store Lobby Hours Monday thru Sunday 6am to 9pm.This was beside a official Tims sign that stated Sunday open 5am till 9pm...I have attended here in the past on the trip from the US to Bradford Ontario and found the product and the staff to be lacking to what we have seen at the majority of other Tims locations. I gave it one star because of the strong brand name only...even one star is to much if you can not get into the place when it is suppose to be open...

The upper Peach Street Hortons failed to complete our order with any accuracy. We ordered two Xl hot coffees with dome lids and sleeves and one was to have a shot of vanilla. What we got was rude service and one xl and one large coffee. Had to trash for some lids and sleeves. When we asked for the right size coffee the worker at the window bit my head off saying they were short staffed. Being short staffed is never an excuse for fulfilling the order incorrectly. Maybe for a delay in the process.

Sign posted on the door stated lobby hours Monday through Sunday 6am to 9pm. Door locked with no further explanation. I understand problems with staff but why post hours if you can't be open at the times posted?

In town to visit my family, always love the coffee here. But I wanted a fresh toasted bagel for breakfast. It was stale but I was too far down the road to get something else or complain. I tried calling a number of times and no one answers, sounds like a fax machine recording. Not happy ?! They had to know it was stale, the cheese ? was falling off the bagel before I could take a bite. This is unacceptable!

The coffee is always good. We had bagels and they were good. The service was good.

Will not be going back ever! My sand which was made by a guy with no gloves on and a bandaid on his finger. Gross inconsiderate people that work there.

I like the coffee a lot and the food is good too. I usually stop on my way into work (starts at 7 pm, I am a nurse at St. Vincent Hospital) but over 60% of the time I come by (usually between 6-6:30 pm) the espresso machine is 'down' or 'being cleaned'. I worked at a Wendy's for years. I know from that experience you don't clean the frosty machine before close, which your sign says at Tim Hortons is 7 pm. I'm going to start buck's at this point, at least they can make a hot latte before their closing time. This is ridiculous. Not sure if it is just 1 manager cleaning and closing the machine before the store closes but it really sucks not to be able to order a latte. It's all I want before I go to my 12 hour overnight shift.

Terrible customer service today. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes without a hello or an order taken. 3 workers walking around and only 1-2 tables of customers in the whole place. The 3 workers looked like they didn’t know what the heck they were doing. After we said “hello… does anybody want to take our order?” a worker said “sorry, we are the only ones here”…Again, 3 people working…. won’t be back. This was upper peach street by the highway in Erie PA.

To the Angel (I wish I had gotten her name) working at the Tim Horton's drive through window on Peach Street on Monday night 12/13/21, you totally made my day and went above and beyond! After leaving my Father at the hospital after he was air lifted there the night before, all I wanted was a caramel latte on my way home, but Tim's latte machine was down. As we drove through the drive through, me close to tears, this Angel flagged us down and told us she could still make me a late, that the machine was not completely down. She then saw how exhausted and emotional I was, thanking her for totally making my day, and when she came back with the best tasting latte I've ever had, she handed me a cinnamon bun as well, saying that they always make her feel better, and that the latte and bun were on her, no charge! What an Angel! I can't thank you enough for being the brightest part of my day today! Thank you! Thank you! And God Bless you!
