On a Saturday evening around 10pm, business was pretty slow and it took way too long for my party of 9 to be served our food! I know, I know... all the BS about employers, employees, difficult times, la la la... inflation, gas, food prices are all skyrocketing but still NO SERVICE, again, more BS! Charge what you need to... hire who you need to AND properly service your paying customers!! Lack of customer service will cost these businesses more in the long run until there are no more profits to worry about!... GET IT???
We just had dinner here and we haven’t been to a T.G.I. Friday’s in about 18 years!! I’m glad we waited a couple extra minutes for them to seat us (although it was quiet there they didn’t realize we had come in!!)I am in a wheelchair and it was easy to get in and out of there as well!!Emily at the Peach street Erie, Pa location (3:30 pm) was our waitress. She was attentive and very nice! Thank you for a good dining experience! The food was also very good and fast to come out!
After a 45 minute wait our food arrived "cold" & "old" Flat Iron Steak my wife ordered was at least a day old and the artificial smoke flavor was way to strong. I had half rib and dead shrimp....deep fried. Things have changed here over the years. Fire the cook and hire me is my suggestion. Lacks attention to detail anymore. Been like 4 years since our last visit......may be another 4 for my return!!!
Ordered through Uber Eats. Love the Cobb Salad but this time only had 4 or 5 pieces of Avacado and none were ripe at all. Also the whiskey glazed tenders leaked and covered everything in sticky sauce. And forgot the requested plastic ware AGAIN.Guess you just shouldnt order take out from Fridays
Only 3 stars just because.Stake was really old and burned. Onion rings was way past their cook time.It wasn't that pleasant experience.I shouldn't complain too much because some countries have no food like that. But I haven't been to that place in almost a decade and this past visit reminded me why....lol
First and foremost the waitress was great. The manager started out as a douchebag really. First, sends out someone else other than the waitress to inform my party we were not allowed to be served alcoholic beverages because a comment was made that we started drinking almost 12 hrs prior to our arrival after being seated. No one in our party was visibly intoxicated or were being disruptive while waiting on the rest of our party to arrive. So I requested the manager who was legitimately hiding behind to counter behind our seats. I asked who was the “VIP”. Visibly intoxicated person that they can’t serve and he had no answer. His reply was because we were overheard that we started drinking at 7:30am they couldn’t serve us. Well after that I was willing to leave and told him so he said we could have one drink per hour. Which I agreed to and was fine with. But then it was like we had a babysitter the whole time my party was there. If it wasn’t for the waitress doing a wonderful job and making our visit pleasant we would’ve left after the drink and appetizer orders were placed. I feel the management team were way to quick to jump on a hearsay comment and was just wanting to force me and my party to leave. I will say the next time I visit Erie, Pa I won’t return to this restaurant to spent $346 on my party of 9 people. You really need to train your staff better and get them to understand “ramp” and how the state laws really work. Like I said thankfully we had a great waitress or we probably would’ve left before we ordered our entrees.
Service was great, food was good but they had no paper towels and hand dryer was not working in ladies rest room. I told a waitress about it as I walked out and she said she would take care of it.. when I used the ladies room again before leaving, still nothing to dry your hands with. Very disappointing. Won’t be eating there again..
Had to wait without being noticed by the staff. Prices have raised a lot! I have never spent almost 10.00 for a pretzel. So we ordered a beer and left
The management is rude and do not have people skills.
Pricy, but great quality and great service. I highly suggest you check this location out if you have not already. Their time of delivery after taking order is respectable, and the food is incredible. I highly suggest you try their sample appetizer platter if you have never been before.
