The staff doesn't seem interested in serving customers. They refused to answer the phone. They say that they would rather get their closing work done rather than answer the phone and take more orders - more than half an hour before the store closing time. They are out of almost everything the store claims to sell.The owner must not know how the staff is treating their customers because he wouldn't put up with it.
Best subs\hoagies in erie, and the price is half of everywhere else.
Convenient location and priced fairly. Great sandwiches and great place to stop in for lunch any day of the week!
I was looking for a particular sub, but the person who answered the phone was very friendly explained they don't have that one. She gave me detailed directions to get to the store that has them. I haven't ordered here in some time, but subs were always great. Good food, good portions, clean, friendly staff.
Visiting Erie from Kansas City. The fact that I'm sitting in my car, in front of Teresa's and decided to make a 5 star review about the Italian sandwich I just ate... should just about tell you everything you need to know about this place.... Fresh. Homemade. Delicious. Wow. 100% recommend to anyone.
Love this place for all types of sub sandwiches. Sandwiches are made fresh while you wait inside or you can order ahead for quick pickup.
Good was very good. Reasonably priced. Bent over backwards to make sure we were happy even though we changed our pickup time. You won’t be disappointed.
I grew up around the corner from Teresa's. Everytime I come home I stop there and stock up on Pepperoni balls.
Went there tired after work and husband was telling me an order from a different store. They nicely corrected me and helped me figure out a better option to feed my family! Great job!
