Absolutely delicious eggplant casserole. I only wish Chinese restaurants in the U.S. had quick-fried spinach, cabbage or other ‘qing tsai.’ Sadly, that was missing from this menu, but go anyway to experience real food cooked well. Order the Homestyle Tofu Casserole. I didn’t have that but know it will be good. The tea in a pot is a little pricey, but it is a bottomless pot…once the leaves are in it, they can just fill it with hot water again. Look for this place near I-90.
I have been traveling for three days. Needless to say, I didn't feel like driving anywhere. I took a walk and happened by this little restaurant. I ordered the spring rolls, chicken with mixed vegetables, and egg drop soup. I was in heaven when I tasted the spring rolls. SO Good! The soup is good. And the chicken with mixed vegetables is great. I am so glad I spotted this place and gave it a chance. Try it. You won't be sorry. ?
What a little gem of a place! Stopped by while on a road trip for a quick lunch. It was empty and they seemed short staffed so my expectation kind of went down. But once the lady came out and got us seated, it was smooth sailing. Service was friendly and nice. Food was amazing. Specially the eggplant with garlic sauce *chef’s kiss*, easily one of the best I had.Got pepper steak and salt and pepper shrimp also. They were also really good! Just right seasoned and very flavorful. If I ever happen to be in the same area, definitely will return. If I lived close, I’ll go back often just for the eggplants.
Ordered for delivery. Excellent salt and pepper shrimp, spicy! Super fresh and delivered hot!
On our way to Buffalo it was good was quick dinner. We had Thai green curry with shrimp which was good not the best though.Salt and pepper shrimp were really good. Perfectly crispy and crunchy with right amount of salt.Ambiance was good and service was quick
Everything was deliciousEggplant with garlic sauce must try❤️❤️
I stopped here on a Sunday evening, thank goodness they were open. My daughter and I had the Pad Thai - one shrimp and the other chicken - each was amazingly TASTY (just like the name)!! I travel through Erie often and will be back here soon, what a great find, right off of I-90.
Don’t bother driving here to eat. The entry is blocked off and you have to order your food thru a slot and take it to go. They should at least let everyone know it’s not really open unless your a delivery service.
Reviews were good so I gave this place a shot. Chicken was super dry, cold, and had no gravy at all. There was barely any rice as well, the reviews said the portion sizes were a lot but for $10+ for a dinner special you get so little it felt like I was getting a lunch special or something. Won’t be ordering from here again.
Food was okay. We ordered stir fry udon noodles with chicken, wonton soup, and chicken Pad Thai. Despite us eating our food outside at the picnic table, service was excellent. They were really nice when we asked for more napkins and lime.Biggest thing to note is that it is a Chinese restaurant- don’t be deceived by the menu’s large variety of food options. Despite ordering udon noodles, it tasted more like Chinese food than Japanese food. Food was still fine and palatable with that in mind.
