The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly. We held a conversation about coffee for a few minutes while my product was made. She made my day. I wish I could remember her name. I do recommend her to every one! I'll be back here!

Everytime me or my girlfriend have ordered a drink from this location it’s always been watered down. Just ordered a hot chocolate and it tastes like hot water with a drop of hersheys syrup in it. Go to the upper peach st one across from delta sonic. Much better.
I have always had a pleasant experience here, but specifically today I ordered a hot drink via the mobile order by accident and went there looking for a cold drink. I had a long day at work and it was completely my fault. When I realized it was hot I was slightly disappointed and the barista offered to make me a new one. It was honestly the best thing that happened today and I really appreciated it.
I was redeeming my Starbucks rewards and I asked for a peppermint mocha. Sadly the barista said that product is not included in that promotion but he said he could put some peppermint in it. He was so sweet. His name is Aaron by the way, definitely would go again!
Not bad, only 35 minutes for a single drink. Waiting this long for overpriced product or service feels like waiting at the doctors office.
Who doesn't love a good Starbucks? Amazing people so friendly had a wrong order and they corrected it without a problem at all and a lot of apologies while doing it.

Part of the reason I like to come to this Starbucks in particular is because of the infectious enthusiasm and positivity from one of your workers named Derek. He is by far the most welcoming and encouraging employee I have met in my life. His customer service is phenomenal! He treats his colleagues with compassion and respect and is always friendly, kind, and patient with customers in the store. I genuinely cannot emphasize enough what a vital role Derek plays in making that Starbucks special. I can always count on my coffee coming with an extra dose of positivity and kindness from Derek. Thank you for genuinely making our lives and days better through your attitude. You rock.
