I live in Jamestown, NY but they were out of espresso. I drove to this location and after I already left I noticed they put cinnamon in my drink. YUCK. Thanks a lot. Waste of a drive and drink.
This Starbucks does its absolute best to get orders out quickly and correctly. Which as busy as they are is impressive. They do all of that with a smile on their face, also impressive with how busy they are. If something is wrong they are quick to happily fix it.

We Mobile ordered 15 minutes ahead of time, proceeded to wait 25 minutes after that. Finally got our drinks.
Had to wait half hour in the drive-thru. Barista was sweet, though...?

I intend to come and buy drinks here. Of course I ordered my drink. and i waited a very long time I understand that you have to take the time to make the drinks in order, and I waited a long time. until I realized that my drink was placed in front of the counter and it melted. But what's worse is that the face looks awful. I am sorry and think that I will not come back to use this branch again.I order venti size but i can get the grande. So crazy.
