Wow!!!!! Very fast service!!!! And Alexis is so good at skating they really are I couldn't skate like that if i tried. Everyone was so kind I've never been to a sonic before I'm bursting with joy right now because of that burger. most fire mozzarella sticks in America. This milkshake is putting me into a coma. Like the good kind , of coma , A food coma if you will. I really can't stop thinking about how good at roller skating Alexis is. Thank you sonic. I'm so happy
It was my first time trying sonic and the staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming. They made my first experience amazing. Despite not knowing the menu, our cashier was patience and made us feel comfortable. The girl that brought our food for us that was nice and very sweet. Overall I have zero complaints.
Ok so Friday 4/8 last week my family and I went here and got 3 meals! Which of course when we got home we’re all wrong and the burgers were so dried out they must have sat out for a few hours! The Dr. Pepper tasted disgusting. Something was definitely wrong with it. After calling up the manager she said she would comp our 2 burger meals. I saved my receipt and decided to get redeem my meals tonight 4/13. Well they gave me a hard time the burgers were disgusting again! The lettuce was brown and wilted, and it definitely did not taste good at all! Such a disappointment! This is not what I’ve ever got from this place ever! But I’ll tell you I won’t be going here EVER AGAIN! THE WORST BUGERS I HAVE EVER HAD NOT ONCE BUT TWICE! There is no pic of the burgers cause I gave them to my dog!Ok so after getting a response from the company. Another disappointment is they didnt do anything but say they will address this restaurant in Erie. I'll never go back. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Smdh.
Absolute train wreck full of confused employees. Not even mad anymore, just really dumbfounded. Confused employees everywhere. Restaurant wasn’t even busy, and we sat for literally 60 whole entire minutes waiting for the easiest idiot-proof order this Sonic probably had today (2 combos & a cheeseburger), after having to order it twice. The second time we ordered after having waited 30 minutes, the confused rude girl with an attitude on the microphone too good for her job was so annoyed that she had to take our order again (I don’t blame her, the nerve of us!). 25 minutes later another really confused chick that worked there mindlessly wandered around the parking lot in the dark with a bag of food asking everyone who’s order it was, but unfortunately it was not our order. After we complained again about our order to the confused employee, another confused employee appeared trying to figure out where our confusing order was, while eating & holding a huge cup of ice shaking it obnoxiously ?? Had we not just drove 8 hours, tired & starving, we probably wouldn’t of relaxed in the parking lot so long. Drove across the street to Wendy’s & had our food in less than 3 minutes. Just wondering how any of these young "adults" will actually function in the real adult world the rest of their lives if we cannot successfully achieve 2 combo meals and a cheeseburger in less than 60 minutes. I always notice for their place is clean and if I'm going to eat there has to be cleaned so this place is definitely clean and the people work definitely on the ball got the jobs done and that's all there is to tell really the food was good and reasonably priced thank you
The best service ever for a drive thru. Willing to do most anything to make yer food how u want and like it. Would recommend to any and everyone. Thank you Sonic and yer awesome crew u have keep up the great work. U have a customer for life here.
Stopped here on our way back from vacation we went a bit crazy and ordered a bunch and it was not expensive plus it was delicious. They even let me make a special request for my sandwhich and fulfilled it perfectly. Will be getting sonic every time I see one.
Absolutely terrible service. Went there and waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes with no response so we drove up to the window and saw all three workers taking Snapchat videos of them twerking and dancing around the kitchen. When they saw us in the drive thru none of them came to help us. They all tried to pawn it off on the other workers and no one would take our order.
Food is good for fast food. Our fries were luke warm this time and they drowned the boneless wings in Buffalo sauce so they were quite messy and over sauced. We will visit again sometime.
I live in New York and usually visit this sonic when I am in PA I was so disappointed. I’ve eaten at sonic since I was a kid and it was always perfect. It was a awful experience today. My fries were ice cold and very old. My burger was dried out and charred black. I will never eat at this sonic ever again. So sad because I don’t have one close by like I used to back home so this was a special treat for me.
