That was delicious. They must be under new management or something. The portions are larger. The food tastes great...better presentation. Our waitress was named Rachel I believe. She was very kind and professional. We will definitely be back.
We ate here and the food was amazing but what was even more amazing was our waitress, Camryn. She went above and beyond for our family and made us feel like family. We were all impressed and will recommend everyone to this lovely place and hope they get her as a server(I’m sure all the servers are great just never had one as caring and compassionate as her)
I came about 4:00pm, had no wait. Waitress Jen was friendly, food was good. Got "The Bone Fire" for 3. For my husband and I it was enough to take home some for the kids.
Food, service and atmosphere were all perfect! The meals came out fast and prepared very well. Our server Mya was very polite and on point making sure we were well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend.
They were short on servers but they still had fantastic service. They made us aware there would be a wait. Our server was still very attentive even though she was one of only two servers there. The food was AMAZING. There burgers are great and the brisket just melted in my mouth. Most definitely will go back in the future.
Good chain restaurant meal. Not pit style competition BBQ, but cooked well and good meat. Smoked wings meaty and something different. Very good sides and large portions.
First time here and it was amazing; great food and service! We’re 2 hours away, but we’ll definitely make a special trip out here again!
Oh my. Friday night, place packed, new chefs and new bartender...and it was AMAZING. We DID have a wait time after ordering but the server kept coming back and letting us know about everything. Food was fantastic, portions huge, and plenty of attention from the server. I'm glad you're back!!!

What a change for the better in the food at Smoky Bones Erie PA! The new GM is doing a great job turning this restaurant around. We had stopped eating there it had gotten so bad. I’m so glad we decided give it another chance. The food has been amazing. It’s been cleaned up inside also. The best wings around! Tory is also a great asset to the bar she is on top of taking care of customers. We will be back soon? Thanks again for making this restaurant great again!!!! A very personable friendly General Manager at this Smoky Bones.
