Was Given Gift Certificates for Christmas they got misplaced and I was not aware they even had an expiration date on them. Called and asked since it was a little over a month after they expired and was told they would not honor them!!! They were not very polite on the phone or even apologetic!! I had heard good things about this place but will not be visiting them after not honoring a gift certificate.
It could potentially be ok....for the views and some intriguing pairing on food.....but.....on a hot day i ask for a lager.....waitress lists me all the drafts they have ,one is sam adams ....i say that is ok,its a lager ....she brings some hazy drink ....i point out thats not a lager and i order a bottle....she brings me the bottle and leaves the other glass on the table.....and obviously bills me for it! If you mention a brand that is known for lager you have to specify if its something else. If you dont ,you apologize to the client and change the drink. Unprofessional. Below zero for me. Fish tacos nothing special, small portion for 15 dollars.Only location is nice .There must be way better places around.
My husband and I had dinner here and it was delicious! He was a little skeptical because it’s inside a hotel but there was plenty of room inside and outside by the water. The wait staff were friendly and fast and we both really enjoyed our food. I got bbq chicken nachos and he got a burger and everything was excellent! It is on the water but also casual which was nice, we didn’t have fancy clothes on so we were worried about going somewhere on the water for dinner. I would definitely recommend this place and I would go back in a heartbeat!!
We always Staycaton at Courtyard and eat at the Shoreline to get the most out of the best location in Erie. Get the chips, because the guac is fresh and handmade on site. Grilled cheese and fries are a favorite too. We had a couple of special requests this time. Vanessa went out of her way to make sure I got my extras. And Chris K always, always checks on us. --the breakfasts are also excellent--best bacon in the county.
Beautiful waterfront view and good burgers. Our service was average but much better than other restaurants in the area. Definitely recommend for outdoor dining!
Amazing food and great atmosphere. The food is always consistent and very well thought out flavor profiles. The service is always top notch. However, Giselle, is by far the very best server I have had at any restaurant. She knows the menu and always provides exemplary customer service. The Chicken Enchiladas are my favorite entree.
Vanessa was a great server who provided great service. She was quick and efficient. Vanessa positively contributed to our pleasant dining experience!
Great restaurant. Sits next to the water. You can watch the sun go down as you eat. Service was fantastic and the food amazing. Had walnut crusted walleye in some house dressing. Was fantastic
Such a great vibe here and the service was fantastic! Giselle was our waitress and she was so friendly and sweet! Much needed after a LONG day of driving! The nachos were amazing too!!
