Every time we go to Erie we make a point of going to Shirley’s. Love supporting the local business that survived the pandemic!!!! And now seems to be flourishing!! Everyone is fantastic there. And the owner works as hard as anyone else!! She loves her restaurant and it’s easy to see. And it does not hurt that the food is delicious…. And homemade. Highly recommend going if you haven’t!!!!
The food was the best, prices good and the servers were very nice.
Very nice place, service was a little slow but there was only 2 waitresses and they did as well as they could. Our wait was minimal, the coffee was outstanding and never had an empty cup.Very quaint atmosphere, homelike.Breakfast food was delicious and the cinnamon roll was delicious ? ?
The food was great!! However, we got sassed like 4 different times! Whatever you do, don’t just walk in the door. Wait outside or else you’ll get yelled at! The server made me feel bad when I asked for water for the 3rd time- after I was finished with my meal… when I originally ordered it as I sat down. Shirley she doesn’t work well under pressure! Maybe I’ll get some takeout next time because the food was great!
Shirley's is an Old School type diner like you'd have found in decades past. The Service and Food was wonderful. We stopped by for Breakfast several days in a row.
Service was excellent, server was very attentive...her name wasn't Shirley but the place did have pictures of the classic Shirley's all over the walls...the food, oh yes the food...French toast was very good...hint of cinnamon...the corned beef hash reminded me of home...
We’ve always enjoyed wonderful breakfasts at Shirleys! It’s immaculate, our waitress was awesome and the owner, Lynn came out to say hi! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
