Absolutely great everytime I go. But most recently the waitress (Izzy) is Absolutely Amazing! And such a sweetheart. Made me smile on a very rough day. Thank you so much. Always a pleasure being there.
Just a tiny bit slow for a place that prides itself on fast, otherwise the food is good, if a bit unhealthy, the portions are good and the menu offers good choices for even the pickiest of eaters.
What a great place! Had a good time visiting. Our toddler loved looking all around at the cars, motorcycles, and decor. Food was good. Typical foods. We ordered a Burger, chicken tenders (they are very small tenders), onion rings, fries, boom boom shrimp (6 of them) and a few dipping sauces. Came to about $47 with waters to drink. Was expecting to love the food but really wasn't anything much different than your typical American food place. Service was ok. Sat in a booth at the bar. We had to constantly go up to the bar to get refills napkins, and ask where our side of onion rings were. But, pretty good. First time there.

Atmosphere is fun, service was well above average, food left little to be desired. I had wings and asked for extra crispy and light sauce.... literally had to wipe down each wing before eating. My wife had a salad that was not good. But finished nite tossing which was super fun.
They forgot about us after we gave them my number they said “we were looking for you.” Next I ordered a medium rare steak and got a medium well super dry steak, I thought I would be a good steak because steak is in the name. The milk shake also tasted like water.
Service was good. Food was meh. We had the ribs. Steaks start at $31.00!! Went for chicken wings - they are over $2.00 a wing!! I get it “supply chain blah blah blah” Many local places are a lot cheaper than that and just as good or better. In my opinion, some places are just using excuses to price gouge.
Went to eat with my Sisters. I like how they have a beyond meat option. We sat ourselves at the bar, ordered drinks and then food. Watched the people there before us get served, expecting our food next. The pair that arrived 10 minutes after us got served their meal and about 10 min later we were served. Our food was practically thrown at us. My fries and tots were cold. My 1 sisters’ burger was very pink (they never asked if pink was ok). Her side salad was good. My 2nd sister got served cold nachos and cold Mac and cheese. She asked to it to be reheated and was told “she’d get a new one”. It came back just as cold. Not a good experience.
We took our two young grandchildren to the Experience Erie Kids Museum. On the way back, stopped at Quaker, Steak and Lube. It was obvious that they were short staffed and busy. Our server approached and apologized for the wait. We placed our order and the kids enjoyed the placemats with coloring games and crayons. Within a few minutes, our meals arrived and the food and delightful server exceeded our expectations. The kids even had sundaes with sprinkles and red licorice to take home. Very nice job all around. We were impressed.
