The chicken sandwich is always great! My issue has always been the service... and still is. The employees are friendly, but the service is ALWAYS very SLOW! There were only two cars ahead of me and they never took the order of the next car until the previous car got their order. So you wait at the drive thrufor like 5 minutes to order. You go to the window and after you get your order, they take the next order. Oh and they seem to get my red beans and rice order ... not wrong, but not right. Once the large was literally half full, no hyperbole, half full maybe less. This time I had red bean soup a lot of bean sauce and very little rice and other times just the opposite! I love the classic chicken sandwich, my go to!!
got 3 pc tenders could only eat one of them the other two were so tough couldn't even bite. fry were soggy and gross. only good thing there is the biscuit. will never go here again waste of money
Sat in line for 20 minutes with No one behind me and these cars parked . People came out of the restaurant and told me to move up as my car was off and parked. I explained I was waiting to pick up an order for 20 minutes and there was no one behind me . The owner comes out screaming and opens my car door . Calls the mill creek police and says I was trespassing on their property?! Yeah ok if you want to be treated horribly and wait 20 min in a drive through to get Gross food !? Have Fun!
Never will I ever order from Popeyes in Erie again! Not only was our chicken undercooked and slimy, we ordered a large Mac and cheese and less than half was full! A complete rip off. At that, me, my 4 kids and boyfriend had the stomach flu after the whole thing! Do better Popeyes!!!!!
Worst popeye's in the USA!!!!! Waited 45 min for 10 tenders to only get lied to when my order was incorrect. Employee told my daughter that didn't have spicy after $30 and a 45 min wait. I went I side it's " O yeah we do have spicy another 10 minute wait". I'll never go back I work hrs a day 5 days a week as a substitute teacher no time , money or patience to wait. Also the Caucasian customers were in and out. I was the only customer pulled over waiting now for 50 minutes
I can't review the food, I have never had it. I was in the drive thru line with my son who decided to go there for dinner take out. Line was long and very slow. Took about 50 minutes to get to the ordering speaker. Once you get in line, it's very hard to get out without following the line. Son likes the food but I will not be back. Short staffed. No inside service.
Horrible service. Horrible food. Asked for fresh and got cold food. Waited a long time. They had to go in three times to get us stuff we ordered and still gave us the wrong food
$10 for five of these little strips isn’t worth the trip. They charge extra for the sauces that comes with your food too. Easily the worst popeyes I’ve ever been. Person on the window was polite so I’ll give them that.
I have been to this location twice and neither time has improved my opinion of Popeye's customer service. Like many others have reported, our large sides were only half-filled, they were out of something both times (biscuits and mac 'n cheese the first time, chicken fingers and cole slaw the second time), and the chicken consisted mostly of small wings and scrawny legs.I can understand being short on supply due to the pandemic times we currently live in, but why short people by only filling sides halfway and giving mediocre chicken?Don't waste your money here. Popeye's is delicious but don't get ripped off by this location.
Introduced to Popeyes by a friend, it is clearly the superior place to go for chicken. They have amazing food, chicken is obviously fantastic, and far less dry than KFC. Their sauces are unique and mostly good, though the Buffalo sauce is the strangest Buffalo sauce I've had.Went the way of drive-through on my first experience and it was fast, as it should be, but unfortunately my order got mixed up and as such the accuracy leaves something to be desire, hence the four.
