Incredible venue. All of the staff is very kind. They get great bands and have amazing food. Affordable prices. The system sounds great and this is absolutely a hidden gem in the city.
I love everything about this place!The staff is amazing. Everyone is really nice, and service is always prompt and friendly. I've had a number of menu items as i have been to this establishment quite a few times, and the food has been perfect every time. Zero complaints there.Another really cool thing is they have artwork of various types on the walls, that are local artist originals that are for sale. I think that's really cool.Great live music! Sooo cool.The place just has a great vibe.I really do believe in this business, and what they're doing there. Something going on every day.I would encourage anyone who asks to go to Philly's if you wanted a good mix drink, some great food, and just a great, and unique experience, check out Philly on the Rocks!!?????
First visit today. The owner is very friendly. Enjoyed a great philly steak sandwich and fries. Will definitely be back!

Bar, kitchen (bar food), entertainment... spot on staff... open mic night on Sunday for performing artists. Another keeper that Erie so desperately needs.
