Good pizza but doesn't seem 2 be as good quality since the papa John left... was disappointed 38th st closed early due 2 understaffing & had 2 drive double the miles especially when peach street was severely understaffed & overwhelmed
This store loves to mark orders as ready for pickup when in fact they are not done, but are going to be another 10 minutes. Stop padding your numbers by marking it as ready when it's not.
When you call to place an order you are put on hold forever and then speak to someone in india not even at the store you're ordering from.
Ordered from there last night. First time they took my card info and disconnected. I called the store and was told there was no way to trace it.They told me to call and place another order. So I did. This time they co n firmed it went through .An hour later we called. They said the driver was running late so we waited.He finally showed up and said he he'd delivered it to the wrong address.in short hey tried yo make us take pizza tahhad been in someone else's house we never got pizza and my bank account ot charged
I always enjoy the pizza here. The sauce on the stuffed crust tastes different than the sauce on the pan crust. It was all tasty, enough that we brought it 1.25 hours to get it home and it was still warm and tasty.
They never have a driver for delivery its insane the food is good but everytime i order i cant there is never a driver so hire more ppl
To call and place an order takes about 20 minutes because they have people answering the phones that barely understand English. Then you go pick up your food just for them to make it wrong. This happens to me every single time.
This Papa John’s is consistently poor. I was told delivery would be 30 mins. It was 1 hour 20 mins. The pizza was cold and very little cheese. Don’t recommend this location.
First time getting pizza here! We live in Girard, so 30 minute drive to there 30 minute drive home! I order a Veggie Pizza that comes with Tomatoes and Spinach, I pay to add extra tomatoes and extra mushrooms, ABSOLUTELY NO SPINACH & tell me is this what extra tomatoes and mushrooms look like?
Ordered a quesadilla , buffalo chicken . Was so sloppy i couldn't pick it up to eat it . Over loaded with sauce . Never order again . Didn't taste all that great either .
