I've been a long time customer of papa johns, but as of lately, I will not be coming back anymore. Ordered a pizza, was told it would take 25-35 minutes for delivery... 2 hours later we got our pizza BUT it wasn't what we ordered. It was a plain cheese pizza. So I called and asked them if there's anything they can do and the manager said he would credit us a free pizza. Well, called again today to order that free pizza and they said we were never credited a pizza. Customer service was terrible, waited 2 hours for the wrong pizza, and then got lied to about a free pizza to make up for it. An absolute joke. Will NEVER buy again.
Ordered the new Stuffed Crust pizza and a 2 liter of Pepsi, on a Monday evening. 2 hours later the pizza came, unbeknownst to me. I walked downstairs to see if I could spot the driver...looked down and my pizza was sitting on the ground, grabbed it, opened the box and it was a Pizza with banana peppers and no Soda Pop. Called the shop and they blamed Uber Eats. While the Manager did make it right, I had to go get it myself. Seems like this place is falling apart
Horrible service. Tried ordering online for 15 minutes and order would no go through. Called to place order and took another 15 min to get it ordered. Person on the phone said to hold for confirmation and wait time and then hung up. Go to the store 20 minutes later to be told it would be another half hour wait. Went to little ceasers next door and picked pizza right up. An hour is a ridiculous wait time for a chain store pizza. Get it together
Place is a dumpster fire. I pre ordered pizza at noon for delivery at 5pm. When it got to be 5:25pm with no pizza I called the store. Was told that they gave my order to Doordash but hey had no idea what happened to it. They then said they could not redo my order but only refund me. When I told them that was nonsense and asked how an order just disappeared, they then said they could redo my order but that it would go to another Doordash driver and they could not guarantee where it went from there. I then asked if I could do carryout and they agreed. So I went from preordering 5 hours ahead of time to having to go deliver my own pizza. Will never be going back to this mess.
Ordered in the middle of the afternoon. Generally a slow time at a pizza shop. Told it would be 25-35 minutes delivery time. I was staying at a local motel. The fellow taking my order made me confirm my room number. When the pizza finally showed up an hour after ordering, I was summoned by the front desk to get my now luke warm pizza, instead of being delivered to my door. I have delivered pizza myself. I k ow first hand about custom service. I also know that papa John's has a corporate mandate to deliver as quickly and safely as possible. Long story short, I am a tourist that would never from this papa johns should I ever am back this way with
Absolutely the WORST Papa John's experience I've EVER had.Ordered at 6pm. They said it would be 60 to 70 minutes for my order to arrive.I get that - with the lack of good help these days.But....my order did not arrive until 8:15pm. You can do the math but suffice it to say it was definitely LATE and on top of that it was ICE COLD when I got it!!!It's ridiculous that they even offer a delivery service when they're this LOW on the customer service side of things!Absolutely NO APOLOGIES from the driver and then he had the guts to look at me stupid when I didn't tip him!
Horrible delivery service...2 hrs for delivery every time!!...and we live right down the road.Update: No wonder the pizza is always cold and takes 2 hrs....what kind of pizza place uses doordash for delivery?!?!
One young guys eyeballs looked beamed out, he kept running from the register to assist customers, touching the register to running back to touching pizza dough,, no gloves, no washing his hands in between, he was definitely under the influence of a controlled substance, then his coworker was working with one hand, his other arm was wrapped up from a injury, he also looked high on the job.Place in unsanitary.

Sat on hold for 5 minutes before anyone answered and then was told they don’t accept cash payments? Nice.
