It's expensive, yes. But I've never gotten anything that tasted bad here. Now that I have the gotten the bad out of the way: this food is yummy. The rewards program is easy to use (similar to Starbucks but you get rewards more often), the egg whites are fluffy and the chive and onion cream cheese spread is amazing.Edit: I love bread bowls
We've been in many Paneras. This one is really great and well worth a visit!
Not my best Panera experience. Food was great but I wasn't aware the items I ordered came with a side and was not given a choice. They automatically have us all baguettes.In years of going to Panera I've never not been asked if I want chips, an apple or bread till now. I'll definitely be back, I just know to ask about the side at this location.

HUUUUUGE shoutout to Bethany (spelling?), who is one of the cashiers at the Harborcreek Panera Bread! I come there pretty regularly, and she ALWAYS greets me with a smile... knows my order by heart now...and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my small visit a HUGE memorable moment! When she ISN'T working, I can always tell because they never get my order right. Panera, GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!! She deserves every penny of it! Make her a manager, or give her a raise, because that location wouldn't be thriving without her in it! She's the best!!!!! Thank you, Bethany (sorry if I spelled it wrong lol), for being my favorite person at Panera!!

I went to Panera this morning and asked for the Bakers Dozen with Cream Cheese. The cashier helping me was very kind and when I asked for plates and napkins (I am in a wedding and didn’t want to stop at another store) she provided them to me with a smile on her face. My receipt said her name was Bethany. She was great! Good job! And the bagels are delicious as always. :)
Nice place... lots of trees, lots of trails and some history nearby. Enjoyed our visit!
I'm never one to write reviews, however I feel obligated to share my experience in this case. I ordered a green goddess salad from this store and found a hair, I threw it out and didn't make a big deal as I've worked in the food industry in the past. However, about a month later I went back and ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt. I finished the first half of the sandwich and when I took the first bite of the second half, a FINGER NAIL fell onto my plate. Yes, a dirty finger nail. I work in the medical field so I asked a nurse to confirm. I brought it back to the store and received my refund. My main concern is, if the workers are wearing gloves, how did this happen? Obviously they weren't wearing them and there was a complete disregard for the food safety protocol. I'm so very sad because I love Panera and I will never return to this location and possibly Panera entirely.
I am always satisfied with the grilled cheese and tomato soup, it is my go to.
