We were quickly served, but the staff let us take our time with all of the options (so many!). The food was delicious and the bill came out to be much less than I would expect for the quality of what we got. It's also in a great location where you can easily walk to it from the mall.
We had a large party, the food was great. Our chef Glen was entertaining and catered to our needs. Our waiter met every need. Good food, family and friendly. We had fun.
My husband and I were traveling from Wisconsin to New York. We stayed in Erie, PA for one night and decided on sushi for dinner. We should have stopped and turned around when we saw the shape of the building—outside wall tiles falling off the side, dirty windows, but we stayed. Our server, Robin is the only reason I gave this review a 3. She was very attentive throughout the meal. The sushi was tasteless—zero spice to the salmon or tuna spacey rolls. The Miso tuna was supposed to be served with asparagus, but was served with slivered cucumber. The specialty rolls did not have near enough fish. It was more time e and filler. The gentlemen who brought us to our table was not very professional, but was pleasant.
I had the worst experience here with our server. Let me start off by saying the food and chef was great. Our server was terrible. First we ordered drinks. A half hour passed by and we still didn’t have them. We reminded her and she said the bar was very busy. My friend and I walked out to order a shot and there was absolutely no one at the bar. The bartender came over and started making the drinks for our table not the shots we ordered. We get back to the table and a friend was served a jim beam and tonic when he ordered a Gin and tonic. We told her it was wrong, and she said we would still have to pay. He got a new one and it was still the same. Awful service. Will not be back.
We had to wait awhile but I think it was because they had a few call offs. Other than us waiting the service was great, the food was AMAZING, and they put on a wonderful show! Even my 8 year old who is normally very shy enjoyed the show and participated in the fun.
I’m gonna start with we come here all the time. I got the hibachi lunch combo chicken an stake today. An we waited a little bit only one waitress working an the manager not helping. Well all our food came out at once , I was eat an making conversation with my sister an I noticed something on my plate, I picked it up an wiped it off, it was a bug, it had legs and wings, the manager come back out and tried telling me it was the brown part of the mushroom that got cut up. I was like no sir it was a bug it had wings an legs an it crunchy. Like come on don’t make excuses just fix the issues!

Had the shashi appetizer and 2 rolls. Was very good. Rolls are a little on the smaller side.
Bella was an excellent server.The Hibachi chef, Evan was AMAZING! Very entertaining, food was delicious (as always).Worth the time and money.
