Today (4/9/22) my boyfriend, best friend, and I were sat almost immediately at this restaurant. We waited 1 hour for food to come out when they claimed it was the salmon, which only takes 22 minutes (as said by the manager). Then the food with the salmon was cold, and the other meal was wrong. The poor waitress is new and it’s her first day on the floor with NO ONE to shadow. She is not at fault but the manager told my friend to “calm down” and then tried to treat us like children. She was so rude and demeaning. Absolutely ridiculous. Waitress will get good tip but management needs to change ASAP. Even heard another waiter begging to go home. Sad to see.
Ate here yesterday, the place was so hot we were sweating & most customers were complaining it was too hot. Asked for the AC to be turned on and we got the excuse that they won’t turn them on until summer. Bathrooms had pee all over the floors, toilets were nasty. Smelled awful in the bathroom, and the lobby. Service was so slow. Pasta was so dry and chilled. Bread sticks were hard. We sat near the kitchen, employees were yelling, heard some arguing, and saw them eating then grabbed a tray of food without washing hands first. Gross. Worse experience I’ve ever had at an Olive Garden. Never again will I go back. If I could, I’d give a 0 star rating!!!

My husband & I had stopped by for lunch. We had a very nice server, we tried a strawberry alcohol beverage that was good and our food was delicious. We had lots of left over food to take home too.
It's a rare treat for myself, my mom and daughter get out. This being a favorite. Tonight I had the most awesome time. The waiter was perfect. He was so on point even in dinner crowd. The others around us were so nice too. It was was a very awesome experience.Food as always fn good.
I have never had a bad time at this establishment! The Chicken Alfredo is delicious and creamy and the chicken is always cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Service from start to finish was excellent as well.
We went in at 8pm and the restaurant closed at 9pm and the hostess kind of treated us rudely because we were there late, but there were also other people eating there. Our waiter was very nice and attentative. The food was delicious but we just felt a little rushed due to it being late.
Yes, the food was decent, but I loved the server. Shane is his name, and his personality is just amazing. I wish everyone was as happy and ecstatic as he.
Had some fantastic food, which honestly isn't always the case as we've had a couple times where the food was mediocre (though never bad).What made this visit so great was the waiter. He did everything perfectly - was personable without being intrusive, kind but not fake, and even predicted our desire to get some soup to go by bringing it prior to the request. I was very pleased to have stopped in, between the food and general experience it certainly brightened up my day.
