I have ate here many times before and this was the worse visit. Food was cold, overcooked, and thrown together. I ask for the manager who said she will have the food cook again. Glasses that a drink was in was filthy ? I am mad cause I love their fish. Manager was trying to rectify situation she was about to be a Karen. I know we were treated this way because of being black. If you don't serve blacks or want them in your place say that. Going to file a grievance with corporate
Excellent chicken, good fried fish, light shrimp, we didn't need a reservation although it was an early supper on a weekday. We were pleasantly surprised. This is an affordable family place that also offers cocktails, beer & wine.
The Food Was Delicious!!! Fantastic employees, they were friendly, courteous, and Professional. Atmosphere was Wonderful! Food was at a Very Reasonable Price. Will definitely be back!!
Great food and service for a good price
We love the diverse menu selections. This is one of the very few chain restaurants we go to. Always a delicious meal with friendly staff at the Erie PA location, and an enjoyable atmosphere.
Food was goodI'm hopeful it wasn't from eating here but last Thursday we came to have dinner and my kids felt instantly ill. I honestly figured they didn't want to go shopping well we made it right up the road to target where they both threw up. My uncle and myself also got sick on the way home A 3 day sickness followed seamed to be food poisoningLike I mentioned I hope not but the only one not sick was my toddler and she didn't eat anything?
What a fantastic place to eat! The service was great and the prices were within reason. The atmosphere was very nice and everything was very clean. The portions were very good and everything the 3 of us ordered was delicious. My ribeye steak was to die for. I will be going back again and again as this has now become my favorite restaurant.
great service and food, our waitress who also ran the bar was the best service we've ever received. She is wonderful.
I think this is another restaurant that could find themselves in trouble and go under. Every other time I go I experience good food good service. However, it is sporadic. I've had steak that was over seasoned, ribs that were overcooked and seafood that was over breaded. They seem to be affected with staff shortages more than most other places. Closed due to weather while other places nearby were open. Plenty of open tables, yet an unexpected wait to get seated. Staff seems friendly and prices aren't bad. I like the atmosphere and layout. I hope they can get it together.
The mac and cheese was amazing, the steak not so much. It tasted really bad and felt like a burger. No crust whatsoever. Might just be me but I really hated it and it upset my stomach a ton
