My wife and I LOVE this Moe's. And always order the same thing and normally sit in the same place . Excellent food , courteous and efficient staff . Never have I been disappointed here. This particular day our cashier was a fine young gentleman by the name of Jesse ( I hope I spell ur name right young man) . We sat down and enjoyed our wonderful food prepared by professional staff , and got up and left . And in doing so my wallet with 300.00$ fell out of my pocket . This young man Jesse found my wallet . Gave it to his manager WITH all my money and credit cards . Jesse I sure hope you get a raise and employee of the month . You sir are an asset to Moe's on Pittsburgh Ave. Thank you young man I wish I had more to give you
As of the date of this review, the staff is all business. This is good, of course, as the orders are always accurate, quick, the taking thereof being to the point, and you're in, through the line, and seated or out the door in less than ten (line depending). Would love to see a more emotive experience, but all the same a perfect service.Selection is always great here. It truly is a better Chipotle. And the Queso is to die for, free chips to boot.
I don't like to give less than 5 star's ever. Service and food great! Cleanliness not so much. All tables very dirty and fruit flies.

I dont like you have to pay for quesa sauce.u get such a small amount in a tiny plastic container and a tray full of chips.it covers maybe 4 chips ya they give other sauce for free but are not good.
Ok Moes, whats going on? After placing a delivery order we paid for extra meat, did not get it, paid for extra guacamole, did not get it. Drove to the store to correct it, negating the convienece of delivery. Then upon eating my meal....I found a hair in it. Not my hair. I do have to say that the tortillas are outstanding and plentiful. This was not the first time this location has messed up an order, its probably been about 5 times. So, why do I keep coming back? 1. They always correct it. 2. Moes food is great, when it does not have hair in it.
Seemingly a busy location. I prefer to order in person versus the app as I perceive getting a better product. The staff are fast and efficient.
My workplace ordered a large amount of delivery from this store, including many sides of queso. Every single bag of chips (probably about 5) had sugar on them instead of salt!!!! Totally inedible and a waste of money. When we called, they didn’t seem super bothered that they were serving sugared tortilla chips. Just absolutely bizarre and bad service. How does that even happen, why is there sugar by the tortilla chips????
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. EXCELLENT SERVICE. IMPRESSIVE HOW A MANAGER WAS NOT ONLY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY, BUT ALSO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THE ROUNDS OF BANTERING QUESTIONS MY GIRL THREW AT HIM. AGAIN...WE WERE BOTH IMPRESSED WITH THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT, THE COUTEOUS, HARD WORKING AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF, AND THE " AT HOME" FEELING WE RECEIVED, ON OUR 1ST VISIT.. IT WAS 5 STAR FOOD AT A FAST FOOD PACE.. POSSIBLY THE BEST SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED IN A PRESQUE ISLE MINUTE.. THANK YOU..
