Every time we go we're told to pull up to the rail, and it's always because of fries, which are never piping hot when they are finally delivered. Ordered Big Mac meal, never got the sandwich- they have gone downhill in the last 5 years, not sure what happened.
We were in Erie for a doctor's appointment and went through the drive through. We ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese, a large fries, medium mocha frappe and large coke.Our burgers were the best! So juicy and flavorful! Best food we've had from a McDonald's in a long time. Fries yummy and mocha frappe was great too. My husband enjoyed his coke with no ice too.
The staff were very pleasant. It is a clean McDonald's. Nice travel stop. Gas station near by.
If you want your food today I recommend going somewhere else. Everytime I come to this McDonald's they pull you up and you wait for your cold food. It's all for the precious drive time. So go else where to get food would not recommend.
Had to stand out in the rain with a temperature of 31 screwed up the order twice definitely not truck driver friendly and the whole crew needs to go back to training
Horrible customer service. Order was wrong and manager argued... that was what she was told. No apology and from start to stop took at least 15 minutes. Did I mention the order was i drink and 3 sandwichs. Front young man was very nice. Manager was nasty.
Very rude. There is trucker parking out front. I walked up to door and was refused service. I was told I can only be helped in drive thru. Ya let me drive on up with 70ft of vehicle. The amount of time spent at front door with me. They could have easily taken my order and created a happy customer. Customer service is how they are even open right?
The food was excellent our server was very Pleasant and actually she act like she really wanted to wait on us wonderful service I recommended to everyone
NOT ONCE HAVE I EVER EVER EVER GOT EVERYTHING I ORDERED. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Also always make sure you get your reciept. Take some pride in your work.. The sandwiches are literally thrown together. I used to work here, its really not that hard.. Food is almost always cold and fries are usually nasty and over salted. Staff constantly changes because the few who actually care cannot stand to work with a bunch of people who don't. They should just close this location. It's sad when the state street location downtown is missed and did better than this location. P.S. If you want fresh fries at ANY mcdonalds ask for French fries WITHOUT salt. They have to make a new batch.
