I love this McDonald's...FRESH and CLEAN ALWAYS.a Lil too fresh last night at dinner time the 2baskets of fries weren't cooked all the way but piping fresh hot and 90% gets the special orders right or makes it right without burden me more or any attitudes/bad customer service!
The guy behind the counter was rude on the phone, I called and asked about the “land air and sea” and he yelled “ you do it yourself” then hung up. Very rude messed up my order three times already. I know it’s him because it’s always night shift, his name is James Peterson. If they fired him maybe it would be somewhere that was a decent place to grab a quick burger again.
The best McDonald’s in the Erie area in my opinion, never once had a problem here, food is always fresh and staff is very friendly here!
The fries were dry and had no salt and the burger I got the bun was hard. I couldn't eat it I will never go to this fast food restaurant again
One of the employees / managers are saying and posting very rude things about customers. He deserves to be fired. His name is James Peterson.
Girl behind the counter was very nice and very pleasant. Ordered a crispy chicken meal. Got our food and the chicken sandwich only had pickles on it . No mustard, mayo ,lettuce or tomato, why not? Who doesn't put anything on a sandwich? The gentleman who was working in the dining area, got us some condiments to put on the sandwich. Very pleasant gentleman also.
We went to this restaurant today and couldn't even get waited on at the counter. Everyone back behind the counter kept looking at us and the elderly man ahead of us who had been waiting even longer, but noone said they would be with us or acknowledged that we were even there. More upsetting was that there was a manager there and she didn't do a thing. We finally left because we didn't have an hour to wait to get food. I felt sorry for that elderly man though. This restaurant used to be a great one, but not anymore.
They asked us to pull ahead then forgot about us. Watched 15 cars get food after us. And then called to see if they forgot us...they said wIting on hot fries. 4 more min go by and they ring us cold food. Even the fries.
Service is good, food is typical McDonald's. We got bottom of the barrel basket of fries on our last drive thru visit (6:00pm). The fries weren't horrible, but they were not fresh, not very hot and were all small length. The last of a fryer load. Generally this is a pretty good storefront.
My friends and I come here late at night and order a ton of food. Staff is usually friendly and always keeps up with us. Order usually isn’t messed up and food comes up relatively quickly.
