My boss ordered over a dozen mcmuffins this morning for his employees. Everything was done in less than 10 minutes, and undercooked. 90% of us got sick eventually afterwards. Next time that I do any orders for the shop, this will be excluded. My boss wasted $35.00 worth of food that sickened us. More time to wait for it to cook thoroughly would have been appreciated. I even stated that I was in no rush
I was told come in for a interview. Come in and the manager had no clue about a interview. She told me to wait. I waited 20mins. Then walked out. The manager was a mess before hand. Dropping bags on the floor. Complaining about employees walking in front of her. Talk about a joke. Happy I walked out.
This is the best Mcdonalds in Erie. I live all the way on the east side, but I'm always willing to drive the extra 15 mins to the west side just to come here because the service is outstanding! They always get my order correct, even when I request a Filet o fish with extra cheese and extra tartar sauce.
One of the best Mcd's around. Keep up the good work. Always hot food and friendly service.
As always, they were very helpful and polite. Plus the food was great. On a scale of one to ten, they were a 50.
I never know how to rate fast food places because they aren’t a restaurant I would normally review, but when compared to other fast food places, they were good. They were helpful & friendly, got the food to me quickly and all correct. Only thing was that the fine in part of the place was closed. Not sure if it was the time (7:30pm) or how they are operating
Worst staff ever! 100% messed up my order!! Missing items and they wonder why I always take the receipt. These people have no business being in the service industry! They should quit there jobs and go back to elementary school and learn to count! These people aren’t worth minimum wage point blank period!
So I went to McDonald’s on west 26th in Erie pa n , n they don’t wear hair nets because I found a piece of hair in my food , n I came inside to report to one of the managers n a boy name Damien got a attitude with me while I was with my daughter n all I wanted to say was that I found a piece of hair in my food n they didn’t believe me n they have already prove that the food isn’t healthy because they don’t wear gloves so there just touching our food with bear hands I felt very disrespected n I left !!! I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE RETURN TO RESTAURANT AGAIN ME & MY DAUGHTER WAS VERY DISRESPECTED
I went here to surprise my gf with breakfast. My gf is a vegetarian so I got her the usual egg and cheese mcgriddles. First time they give me sausage mcgriddles. I then drove all the way across town (and back again). For the replacements and both of them were bacon egg and cheese this time. Finally I received my correct order after the 4th time. Every time I was forced to wait 10-15 minutes in line and then an additional 5-10 minutes for my order to be made. I spent around 45 minutes just trying to get my food corrected in total. By far the most ridiculous display in customer service and accuracy I have ever had, not only at McDonald's but period.
I really love the order screens and paying at the kiosk. Super friendly staff, very clean location.
