McDonald's on peninsula in Erie used to be my favorite location. It is no longer. They mess up my order literally, every single time I go there... Every single time. However, they do make up for it or replace it but by that time, it's just too late. I think that McDonald's forgot the concept of "fast food"!!! It's not fast food If u have to wait 6 minutes for a chicken ? or wtvr it may be that u ordered because they're short staffed...
Entered on April 24 . The kiosk did not want to let me complete the order , so , went to the counter. The employee entered the incorrect item ; could not figure out the pictures on the screen . Wonder if there were words what would happen ? Informed him to view the menu displayed . Even when he was told the item is on the left , he kept looking on the right of the menu . If you are desperate for employees , hire someone that can read !!! A friend has recently stated how that excellent location has gone down hill . $ 15 / Hr.? Reading skills required !
Love this McDonald's right on peninsula drive. They offer indoor dining and there are great folks that are working there.
This location is Absolutely horrible in the evening timeTheir hours of operation states they close at 10 pm on weekdays for their drive thur . I have came to this location many times at 9:45 and myself and other cars have sat in the line until you get to the speaker at 9:50 and they say they are CLOSED what do you mean its 9:50 all i would like is a cheeseburger!!!! Im mot one to complain i get it everyone is short staffed but this happens here way to often to normal drive up to the window to get greeted by a rude manager who simply ignores you or says were closed…. Like yeah i got that information 15 sec ago the question is why are u closed at 9:45 with 4 people standing around ! On a good note this location in the AM is TOP NOCH SERVICE 5STAR always nice always fast and always fresh seems like to me some retraining needs to be focused on the night shift just my opinion
As always, the visit was awesome. The food is great and the staff is awesome. I love ? going there.
Products are what they should be. Drive through is never timely. Sometimes really slow. Service is okay at their speed.
Horrible... Long wait in drive thru, they forgot my fries had togo back to drive thru window... Then still had cold ?. They don't deserve a f'n pay raise.
Fairly decent McDonald's location. If I had to put it on a tier list for locations in the area, I'd say this is the second best location. Amazingly speedy, but due to this the accuracy of order can be lost in between. The drive through menu when your ordering seems to be working less than optimally as the list of items ordered does not always appear on screen which can cause some anxiety about order accuracy.Most times, the service is accurate. Food is about the same quality you'd expect at other locations. Overall decent experience at this location. Definitely suggest this location if you're pressed for time.
Got an incorrect order and because I didnt get my receipt, staff was unwilling to help. I ordered 2 double quarter pounders an a big mac. Got 3 regular sandwiches
Sketchy service.!ignorant cashier's who use condensending tones. Food was sloppy,cold and the condements were slapped on then wrapped without any care do not recommend this macdonalds
