I’m a regular here and what I witnessed today from the male manager was appalling. He was screaming and yelling at employees over wait times. There was maybe four employees working and they had been slammed basically all morning. I shouldn’t be able to hear the entire conversation of yelling around the corner of the lobby and there were customers trying to order at the counter. It’s no wonder they can’t keep staff if that’s how they’re constantly treated. I hope they all walked out today after that.
I get my breakfast every morning from this location before work and everyday I’m greeted and serviced at the drive-thru by a lady named Jeanette. Jeanette is very bubbly, funny and the nicest person I’ve met on their staff. She really seems like she enjoys her job with McDonald’s I find her to be a very big asset to this location. All in all the food is good. Always fresh and warm when I receive it. I will always frequent your location!
No one here knows how to follow directions. They always make the food wrong, some of the workers are rude, and most times I go there they seem to forget to put a straw in the bag for a drink. I would not recommend going to this McDonald’s. Horrible service.
Will not be coming to this location again. I work in fast food so I know how good service should be and this is not it. Their customer service is awful and today when I went I waited for 10 minutes for just drinks just for our orders to be wrong.
Have had several great burgers and hundreds of normal burgers through life, home made and from many restaraunts, including many here and at various other Mcdonalds spots. Today I got a bigmac and a quarter pounder. The big mac was normal.The quarter pounder was the first BAD burger I have ever had. I dont know what they did to it... needed one in a hurry and grabbed it out of the garbage?It had burned sesame seed all over the bottom bun. No biggie, I scraped them all off.But the burger tasted gross. Cant guess why. Ate two more bites than I should have. Had to toss the other half.
The women's bathroom water doesn't turn on at all. Makes me wonder how the staff is washing their hands to prepare food, or the customers that are here to eat and play. Waited to talk to someone and was completely ignored. I can only assume they are short staffed because I am here during school hours, and half of their employees aren't even old enough to drive. Do better.
Very poor service, didn't listen when ordering, couldn't get order right. Too busy goofing off with and joking with coworkers and socializing with each other in store. And still didnt end up with a correct order. Even when told to 3 times to hold on, then oh, ok your food. No, NOT REALLY. 2.5 hrs fr ok m home for them to screw off tour meal tou pay forthen oh
The amount of times I had to ask for YELLOW mustard and they gave me a container of HONEY and we said “no yellow mustard” and they hand me packets of HONEY mustard. Nobody’s naming the color of the packets its called YELLOW MUSTARD. Get it together. Even almost forgot to hand me my drinks and took ages to get food and told us to come to the wrong window twice. Ridiculous.

After being denied service at a different fast food restaurant because I wasn't doordash, I settled for McDonald's. It's McDonald's food. You know what you're getting. Service was fast at least.
