Awful customer service! Line was long in drive thru so I waited 30 minutes to get a frappe and gift card (both for my sister's birthday). Tried to order gift card at speaker and was told by employee I needed to order it at the window. So get up to the window 30 minutes later and the employee there told me I needed to go back around to order gift card! Unprofessional and rude!
I live less than 30 seconds from this place and don't know why I still return. Purely out of convenience. These guys never seem to get an order right a solid 9/10 times. I typically get the same thing every time. Double cheeseburgers no ketchup. There's almost always ketchup. I hate ketchup, yo. And they force me to eat it constantly. One time I got my sausage egg and cheese biscuit with no sausage or egg. Just cheese. That's crazy man how do you mess up that badly? Most of the time the workers are in terrible moods and with the reviews these guys get and how often they mess up orders I don't blame them. They're probably being yelled at all the time.But none the less this place is consistently terrible. Their manager must not be reading reviews or truly doesn't care about their restaurant. I'd be ashamed to be the owner of this franchise. I would highly recommend the burger king across the street or going to the harbor Creek McDonald's.
man I wish I could go to McDonald's for some breakfast. Sadly this McDonald's is the joke of the town and can't make simple orders . They will pull you over for 20 minutes AND still make your order wrong . They are unprofessional , ghetto music blasting in the background half looked to Baked to even function let alone make a sammich.
I would not recommend this location. Absolutely no customer service....No HI, Thank You. Your Welcome , or Have a nice Day...Just Yep. ordered Happy Meals for my grandchildren. I had to repeat myself 4 times to begin with. Then my granddaughter got a tartar sauce instead of nuggets. If you were mad cause I said you were slow. then take it out on me and not the kids. ....Grow up and learn some professionalism.....you definitely don't deserve your pay rate.
Ordered thru the app and went to pick up. The order was wrong so we went back to get what they forgot and was told to pull up to the 2nd window. No one came so we called the store to ask and when someone finally answered they were rude and hung up the phone then came to the window and threw the missing items to us and walked away.If you can do yourself a favor and go to the one in Harborcreek or up on Perry Highway. There is always a problem at this one and always poor service. When they actually have a good employee they don't last long.
After waiting 5 minutes at the side of the drive thru, they finally brought us our food - it was as the wrong order. We waited a few more minutes. They came back with another wrong order! We gave up and left with half of our food. It was obvious they were not capable. Worse service ever.
Stopped there in the morning to grab breakfast literally nobody answered the drive thru so I drove to the window music blasting inside and ppl walking around didnt even notice me after a min I just drove away
I deliver for door dash. I waited 30 mins for them to make the order. most of the crew were just standing around, talking to customers. the orders they did fill, were wrong. I ended up being sighted for being 16 mins late on my delivery. I may end up losing my job because of there crappie, lazy service.

Waited for 20 minutes to be waited on. Finally got waited on and bit into my burger which was raw.
