I'm not sure if he was the owner but there was a black man standing outside the speaker yelling at his workers through the speaker for not asking if I had mobile pay. It was absolutely rude. The woman taking my order was very polite and food came out quick (once I was able to order it).
We ordered a quarter pounder and they gave us a regular patty instead of the quarter pounder patty. Also gave us a 6 piece instead of a ten piece. Legit the worst McDonald’s employees I’ve ever met in my life.
Incredible service. I ordered through the app and messed up my initial order. We went through the drive thru hoping to get a replacement. Thanks to the initiative of an incredible individual named Fred, my evening meal was a success! Thank you for saving my meal, Fred!
I only get the large coffee with a shot of espresso and I enjoy it. I only go to the restaurant on Peach and Peninsula Drive because they are good people.
Are you guys rationing tartar sauce or what? I just got 4 filet o fish sandwiches and there is a spot of sauce the size of a quarter on each.
The most efficiently run location I've ever been too. Always busy and never a delay or hiccup. The food is always hot The service is very friendly and fast.
This was the Worst McDonald's!My husband and I stopped at the beginning of lunch time.Absolutely Horrible?The French fries were cold and so salty. Like they rolled them in salt. The hamburgers were cold.The buns were hard. I swear the food was from the night before!!We ordered Sweet Tea. Got unsweetened tea. It was so bad I told my husband not to even bother going in to tell them because I would not be able to eat anything from there at that point.We left and went to another place to eat.We are not from that area but friends of ours told us it's always like that.Totally disgusting!!We both are a regular for lunch or supper at least once a week.This was January 1,2022.We have not been to a McDonald's since.We will eventually go to our area McDonald's. But this was a huge turn off for us!!!
No matter how loud or clear you try to be when ordering, they get the orders wrong. Five times now during past week. The correct information is on the receipt ALSO. Wouldn't go there if it wasn't nasty weather and/or close. Just be sure your order is received correctly before you leave window or get too far away.McDonald's app was down on 12/7/21. Been trying to contact support to get my rewards points that should have been earned, 600. Keep getting message at something went wrong and try again. Five times now!
Went to get me and my grandkids dinner and I arrived at 3:45pm 15 minute wait in line which they were busy but forgot food so I have to go back into line not a long wait there the lady took my receipt told me to park in the first parking spot waited til 4:45pm and the gentlemen that came out was rude just pushed the bag at me and walked away. If I'm gonna spend 40.00 for McDonald's for my grandkids and you mess things up your people should have great customer service but no you have one yelling at the drive through window rude and unprofessional but then you have a manager that is supposed to lead by example and does the same thing. I will never go to that McDonald's again after all was said and done all the food but hers was cold. Never again.
We spent 20 minutes in a drive thru line, just to find out that they were closed when they should've been opened! There was 10 cars if not more waiting in the drive thru line. When we were leaving we saw the closed sign that looked like a child wrote it, on the 1st window where you pay. Next time they should atleast put them on the drive thru speaker so people don't waste their time. Ended up driving to another mcdonalds, 15 minutes away.
