Absolutely spectacular pizza with great deals available almost 24/7. Service was pretty good too, don't recommend walk-in ordering because it is a popular attraction.
They refused to take an order over the phone tells me I have to do it online for delivery. There website is having technical difficulties. They refused to take Order over the phone and hung up on me.
I ordered 6XL pizzas, 2 Specialty, and 4 Pepperoni Magnifico for my staff and I, which I like doing monthly and for home a couple of times as well. I only ordered pizzas from Marco's due to price and quality. I picked up the 6 pizza's and placed them in my back seat. When I arrived back to work it was dark and I grab all 6 when to go inside. When I grabbed the door handle to enter the building, I noticed it was greasy. When I got into the building, I set them down and noticed large grease stains on my shirt and pants (scrubs). May hands had orange grease on them from the pizza boxes. When I opened the bottom boxes I could see the puddles of grease on top of the pizza and the sides and bottoms of the boxes where saturated. The pizzas had 3x the pepperoni on them they should have had. We were taking pepperoni off before eating it, there was so much. I later looked in the back seat of my car and note two hand size grease stains on the seats. I took pictures of the pizzas, boxes, my cloths, and the back seats. When I finally got in touch with the manager after several attempts to explain what happened, he pretty much said not my problem. He was not even interested in hearing the complaint or seeing the pictures. I told him I was going to call corporate and he for the most part said good luck. Unfortunately the turn over at this store is high which makes since because of the poor leadership. I would imagine this manager changes jobs often. As a result I no longer speed $200 or more at this location monthly. I reached out to corporate and did not even receive a response. Seats still stained!
Marco’s pizza is one of best pizza in town they bake with perfection and the employees are very nice always greed customers with smile, thank you guys 5 stars
We did order pick up and they were super busy. Even with being busy we only waited 7 minutes past our estimated wait time. Very friendly staff and the pizza was fire ?
Love their pizza and unfortunately, I live in southeastern PA and the closest Marco's Pizza to me is over an hour away. Every time I visit Erie area, I always get a pizza here. Tried the pizza bowl for the first time last visit and while it was good and super flavorful, I missed the dough. Assume it matters what you get in your bowl.
I often order food online from Marco's, and have it delivered while at work. The staff is always polite and professional, the food is always very good, hot and fresh.
I don't have a taste for it, but my wife n kids love it,, so try it urself.
The pizza was delicious but ordering on the app was terrible. Good thing the manager was able to take care of it in store.
I enjoyed my first pizza from this shop last week and it was fantastico! Since Italian cuisine is my fave, I ordered their "Italiano" sub toppings on a pizza: ham, salami, cheese, banana peppers, tomatoes, onions, and red sauce. My friend had me add "light jalapenos" for his tasting. Their signature three cheeses is definitely authentic and unlike any I've ever tasted. The sauce was a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. I'll surely order from Marco's Pizza again. They offer a variety of menu choices, such as the following: pizza, pizza bowls, subs, salads, cheezybread, chicken wings, chicken dippers, cinnasquares, and beverages. You may dine-in, carryout, or have your order delivered. Next time, I'll dine-in and take a couple pics of my dish!! ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
