Food was good but very salty and over seasoned and when I asked for less I got no season at all. The potato had tons of salt all over the outside and the salad had bad lettuce leaves in it. Also my drink was half full and no whip cream I had to ask for it. We always eat well here but not this time at all. But the waitress was very nice and the manager.

Seated promptly with no wait. Greeted warmly by staff. Had a big, fresh salad with a warm loaf of bread to start the meal. All dinners on our table were hot and served at the same time. Food was delicious! Manager came to table to ensure everything was good. Very relaxing environment. Will be returning for sure!

Honestly, it is a steakhouse chain...my personal favorite...but a chain none the less. This particular location has friendly staff and the food is cooked correctly. I love the outlaw with Asparagus and Brussel sprouts. But the friendly staff made the dining enjoyable.

I went to Long Horn , Peach Street, Erie Pennsylvania Sunday February 27,2022 to meet a friend at approximately 3pm .The restaurant was rather busy at that time, when I got inside I went up to check in to wait like everyone else ( there were a few people waiting ) .I must mention that I just had back surgery recently so I was hanging on to the arm of the person with me, to my surprise the gentleman named Riley was quickly offering me a small table to accommodate me immediately!He was very polite and helpful.My waitress Ariana was very nice despite the place being very busy.Quite often we all tend to forget or not realize what these employees are enduring with the hustle and bustle of being that busy.I DO realize what it takes to provide this kind of service, I also have been in jobs like theirs.I merely wanted to say how much I appreciate what happy and pleasant service I received from the 2 employees, Riley and Ariana I applaud you!The food was exceptional as always.

Our waitress Rachel was amazing!! HOWEVER, the manager Madison was unfair and unaccommodating. My husbands steak was chewy. Okay fine. Mine was ordered medium and served medium rare. The mac and cheese was cold to the touch. So we sent it back and were told we would get a free dessert for it. When it came back out the mac and cheese was luke warm and the steak was well done. I mean brown all the way through. So instead of sending it back again we asked to please remove it from the bill. The manager said that since that was being removed from our bill we could no longer get the dessert. Okay fine. We didn’t care about the dessert, but it’s the principal of it. Rachel’s hands were clearing tied by an incompetent manager. I hope this establishment makes a change in management soon. Longhorn is normally a place we frequent.

I got the filet with parmesan (special request) it was absolutely deliciousI normally get just a regular steak but the flavor is always lacking so I tried something different and was pleasedSalad was wonderful looking sadly I got the rice pilaf (hard pass).If you enjoy a salt lick get the fries or baked potato it will put you over your sodium level for the month. My children couldn't eat them and the salt burned my tongue it was so much.(and i love salt)?‍♀️ oOverall it was a good experience

I am a GM in the Hospitality industry (another Restaurant) and I've been staying in Erie for the last few weeks training with a new team of MIT. I have been to this particular Longhorn twice in the last 2 weeks because I like the food and normally the service is great too. In fact, getting to know Walt the bartender was a great experience, he's very friendly. This evening, I came into the restaurant and normally you can sit at an open table in the bar area which I did. I ordered a drink and took off my coat and a manager (Nick) came over and told me there is a 35 minute wait and I couldn't sit there. I did tell Nick that the Longhorn in Syracuse, NY (where we frequent, once a week) we can go into the bar area and sit if there's an empty table. Nick told me I couldn't sit there. Talk about not making your guests feel welcomed and humiliating me in front of a bunch of people in the bar area. I walked out and I will NEVER GO BACK. Nick has alot to learn about how to treat people. He was rude and showed no care for my business. I am still in town for another week and had plans to take my team to dinner there next week. Thank you Nick for making an out of towner (Hospitality GM) feel so NOT WELCOME, like I didn't even matter. If you take anything from this review, remember this, YOU NEVER KNOW WHO PEOPLE ARE AND KINDNESS ISN'T HARD.Piss Poor Management ?

Sous-Chef couldn’t cook a medium rare steak. Sent it back. Same piece of steak came back out and burnt. Steak was the absolute worse steak I’ve ever had in my life and while I waited for my burnt and same piece of steak. My other food got cold and wasn’t enjoyable. When you send food back the sous-chef is supposed to taste it himself and see what was wrong. Then address it to the manager and cook a new fresh piece the right way. Not resend the same food out BURNT. Overall 3/10 wouldn’t ever consider coming back.

Well, this is usually my FAVORITE steakhouse. But this particular visit... not so good?It was my B'day dinner with my sweetheart. We both had to send our steaks back. They came to us very uncooked. And even after that, my boyfriend's steak looked to be the same. The waitress was wonderful. We asked for the manager and told her we were both disappointed with our dinners. We had ordered mushrooms on the side for our steaks and they came to the table "cold". After sending both steaks back and saying how disappointed we were, all the manager did was take off 1 of the mushrooms. So overall, the service was great (we left her a nice tip) but the dinner itself?...not so good. Thats why I rate this a 3 star today.

I had flo's choice with a loaded bake potato and a side salad. Everything was excellent, we both ate a loaf and half of bread. The waiter was very professional about the menu, and suggested certain things on the menu. He made sure we was comfortable, and kept our drinks full.
