It's always been good here. Staff has always been good in drive thru no complaints. Keep up the good work!
Coleslaw was frozen when I got it. No butter or honey for the biscuit. But been to way worse KFCs
Ordered at peach st erie pa. On app. Had to pick up at other places didn't understand why
Apparently this chicken has been sitting around for a while. I ordered a 8-piece bucket it was so dried out and chewy.
On Monday evening I pulled up the the drive thru at 9:23 and sat there waiting for someone to take my order so at 9:27 I pulled up to the window and 2 little rude employees said they were closed so I said I sat at your speaker for 4 mins and you don’t close till 9:30 they said we closed I said I only wanted a individual coleslaw they said we closed so no we arnt serving you they didn’t even count the register out yet they were standing there goofing off I think it’s really wrong that they would do that to someone when technically they are still open somthing needs to be done I am totally fed up with this location and it’s rude employees I wrote a complaint email and of course no response don’t eat at this location!!!!!!!

The food was great, service kinda slow, and they asked me if I wanted dipping sauce with my meal, than didnt even give it to me lol
We aked nicely for no corn they gave corn so my dad went to see if they can fix it and the man/lady got mad an threw a fit alot of the staff are rude and don't do what the need to.
The chicken was very nasty dryed out and old tasteing very old brisket all never go back
Fox was extremely polite and very helpful!!! The place very clean and my food fresh. Lord, I love KFC!
