I come here pretty often and the girl on drive thru is always professional and nice. Order is always right. Manager is unprofessional and mean. I was waiting for my food recently at the window and she was just yelling and slowing down the process when the drive thru worker was trying to get me my order. Place could be top notch with proper management.
This KFC normally has good chicken cooked right. If you compare that one to the one on parade Street it's like night and day the difference. I take from 10th Street to the Buffalo road One because it really is better
Great service! Got the meal deal with the original chicken, mac and cheese and a Pepsi. Was very yummy! Will definitely be back again!
Tired of kfc tender meals got 3 piece Nashville hot tenders only one was a decent size for a 9 dollar meal outrageous not wasting my money there anymore
They took our order in a professional way. Ask if we wanted to add anything else and they were polite. And our order was right and hot.
My wife and I both had the chicken breast combo meal. Chicken was moist and hot. The extra crispy coating was great. Biscuits were perfect. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good as well. Also included a chocolate chip cookie that I just didn't have room for. The food was ready so fast that I had not even put my credit card away yet. Overall experience was very good.
The food was OK, not great but OK. The ladies rest room was out of order, and the other one was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Worst I've ever seen, bar none.. The gal at the counter was delightful though. Dought if I'll ever return.
Worst kfc i ever been in. Chicken was over cooked. You can smell the over heated oil. Employees swearing in the back. There were kids in the store. Bathroom? Well lets not go there.
Even with staff shortages they are right on the ball. Ordered online and everything was hot and ready when we got there.
Staff was extremely rude… Food was good but the staff definitely ruined us everWanting to come back….
