Bathroom is disgusting. I almost fell, I don't know if the floors covered in grease or god knows what. All over pretty gross. Probably the biggest joke of a place I've had to deal with. I've had to come here for door dash and i always have to wait forever. Or be told it will take 20+ minutes for the food. While half of them stand around and do nothing. Incompetent is too polite.
I spent over 20.00 for one meal. The chicken no longer tasted like KFC chicken, my chicken had almost no meat on it, it appeared to have been under warming lights for days. It was hard and without taste. They didn't even bother providing napkins in my take-out bag. I'll miss KFC (the way it use to be) but I will never return there again. I wondered why no one was in the drive-thru during lunch hour.
Maybe one out of five times I’ve visited they have gotten everything right however for the majority of the time they don’t give you everything you order today I paid a pretty penny and am missing items called to make them aware they forgot main items and whoever answered seemed as if they didn’t know what they were doing and when the conversation was finished I didn’t even know he was done talking because he hung the wrong up mid sentence like my concern meant nothing.
If you like cold food, slow service, habitually screwed up orders, and employees who don't care, then this is the place for you!Without question the WORST KFC in Erie.

They were so busy with online orders they didn't even make eye contact with me. I walked out after 5 minutes with no acknowledgement

Every once and a while I try to stop by again to see if they’re doing better than the last time. I do love me some KFC as a treat, and every time I do visit this specific store, the food is awful. The chicken is cold, overcooked, and so dry. It tastes like it’s just been sitting out. Some of the pieces are so hard I can’t even chew it or break them apart. The only thing you can probably order is the famous bowl, because at least the mashed potatoes are up to temperature. Everything else is awful. Biscuits are dry, and the sides aren’t up to temp. It worries me how you haven’t gotten anyone sick yet. There were so many people on staff tonight, so how is the food so cold and not up to code?
Very dirty inside and the crew was very rude. I also had my order messed up twice and I spend a lot of money when I eat there.
Went inside to order takeout. It was very clean and employees were very nice. Got the order before I even filled my cup. Food was delicious and exactly as ordered. I gave 4 stars only because there have been times when my order was wrong, missing items, or could tell that food was older. But on average I would say 4 out of 5 times it has been good and no issues.
