More like Freaky Slow , that new short half n half girl In the drive thru was more worried about aimlessly walking around sipping her drink than doing her job. I'm glad she was enjoying HER drink ours are watered-down nastiness. But hey who doesn't enjoy wasting their money in this economy lol . The subs where made wrong as well all in all I'd give this trip a Minus 5 experience and say don't bother throwing your money away here .
Been a customer here for a long time. Today, however, I came through the drive thru, ordered (2) #13 Cubano sandwiches, the kind with Ham&Bacon, the wife and I went on to do the laundry, well guess what, we got the #15 Tuna sandwiches. I guess the young lady working the drive thru was otherwise preoccupied. To bad I have to give you a (1) star rating now . Focus on your work! Please. People, make sure you check your order before you leave. UPDATE:03/08/22 Recently received an Invitation to contact Jimmy John's, so they can make reparations, I'm not interested in them wanting to give me a Free sandwich. All I can ask is for your Company to have the right People in the Right positions. I just wanted what I ordered. I didn't order anything "Custom Made", I just ordered a standard Menu Sandwich. If the communications person isn't able to accomplish the task of taking an order, then filling the order, maybe that person would better serve the Company in Another Position. Just want what I ordered, nothing more, nothing less. Not looking for anything Free.
Gargantuan sub for the win! I have had subs from deli's before where they advertise fresh meat, some of them cut it right in front of you....some let you select your beast like a lobster in a tank. None of them have anything on Jimmys Johns. The bread is amazing, the quality of the sub is umatched, the meat was of such a high quality and the cheese was legit. There is no need to get a sub elsewhere. Hands down one of the best subs I've ever had. Bread was not soggy at all, meat was fresh and flavourful, the pickle was top notch. Also, the sub was huge. Go get one!
The girl at the drive thru is super sweet. Subs are always good and fresh too.
Bread is awesome asked for light mayo .. maybe a tad too much but still good jimmy Jr and chips with fountain cherry coke extra ice nice service drive thru a little bit of a wait but worth every bite
Their subs are good, but no one wears a ? mask while preparing the food. I’m surprised that’s even allowed with our COVID numbers rising. Please wear masks!
The delivery driver that always brings the ups store on 12th food is amazing. He is so friendly even when you can see he is busy! We appreciate you delivery man who (drives a Honda I believe) you rock

They had my sandwich together before I explained what I wanted on it. They opened it and added what I wanted. Great service and fantastic staff.
