Made an order online than was called asking why I didn't leave a tip online, tried to explain I only leave a tip after I get my food. But was basically told that wasn't good enough for them. Told them to cancel my order will not be spoken to like that, asked for a manger told there was not one, than called a c**t. Called back and there was a manger will be calling head quarters tomorrow.**Edit**Talked to the store manger he did apologize and actions will be taken about what happened. I'm not one to normally wite a review but that really had my blood boiling, am happy that it was taken care of in a professional matter.
My order was filled quickly and the staff was awesome and very polite. I will go again, absolutely.

Jimmy Johns expertly handled 4 orders for us for the ICU at UPMC Hamot Hospital. These orders needed to be delivered at 11:30am on two days and at 8:30pm on two days because we were trying to do our best to cover all the staff on the different shifts. Because Covid protocols are still in place - the orders had to be delivered to the front desk staff / security. Each time the driver called me punctually so I could let he ICU Nursing staff know the food was in the lobby. Special thanks to Jason (the two night deliveries) and the other drivers for using their personal cell phones to call from Erie PA to us in Austin Tx to let us know when the delivery was happening so we could coordinate with the Nurse's station.And excellent help from the Daytime managers on Tuesday July 6th who helped me queue up all 4 orders (Rachel and Josh Bellotti) [deliveries were 8:30pm Tues July 6th, 11:30 am Wed July 7th, 8:30pm Wed july 7th, 11;30am Thurs July 8th] [Note we did just post the same review on Jimmy Johns Review Site as you suggested in your reply]
Steak and cheese sub. Ham n cheese sub. And steak n cheese. Yuuuuk. It was almost terrible. It was quick and cheap. But lacked any culinary experience or taste
Here for the second time. Enjoyed my last sub immensely and looking forward to the one today. I don't live in Erie, but will try to stop by again.
