I'm unashamedly obsessed with Jersey Mike's! The bread and cookies are ALWAYS fresh! I love that the meat is sliced right as the sandwich is being made! The lettuce is perfectly shredded! Staff is always friendly and kind when I can't remember what the rosemary bread is called! I usually call it the awesome bread and they know!
Just had lunch here bread tasted old and was extremely hard to chew food was very tasteless and staff just did not seem like they wanted to be there. Will definitely not be back
Decent sub for the money, very consistent every time you come in. The classic Philly is the best by far

Mikes bro g into Erie original deli subs with fresh bread in many selection, and I have found each visit alway receiving great service, I try regular snd 1-1/2 meat on the subs that are extremely satisfying I recommend giving them a try and having it “Mike’s Way”
If the restaurant is going to train people then they should have the proper trainers. With 7 people wraps should be made properly, ice should be in the machine and all of the drinks in the fountain unit should work. This is a let down to the usual experience. It took a second customer to bring it to the attention of the multitude of people for anyone to do anything.
We had a bad experience over a month ago. I provided detailed feedback on Jersey Mike's Corporate website, but never received a response. It wasn't the first time we've had issues at this location...but it was certainly the last.
First time at Jersey Mike's. I got the #9 Club Sub, Mike's way on rosemary parm bread. It was very good. A bit of a high priced sandwich. But I enjoyed it. I shall return.
I would give more stars, but the person who wrapped my sub plopped it upside down onto the paper, and then rolled it up. A mess!And the person who handed me my food made it extremely clear she did not want to be there. I get it, we all have bad days, but there's no need to take it out on the customer. Go to the walk-in and scream like a normal person.
This was the first time I had been there and it was pretty good. I like that they slice the meat right in front of you. Just wish they had a few more sauces to choose from. But for 1st time I will go back.
