We pay enough for groceries so now on top of that we have to BUY our bags...nope..sorry, not doing that.

Front end manager needs to go back for lessons on customer service. She is very rude and intimidates her cashiers. I am taking my business to 12th street. Oh yeah I don’t need reminded an HOUR before you close to get my final purchase.

This is by far the best bakery experience I have had in Erie anywhere. I could not be more grateful and appreciative of the kind and creative staff that prepared a wonderful cake for my son’s birthday. Not only does the cake taste delicious but the imaginative minds of the bakery staff deserve kudos. This isn’t the first time. Consistently and time and time again they spend time with me and offer suggestions and they always assure my order exceeds any expectation. Thank you Interchange Rd (Erie) Giant Eagle bakery staff. Your work is much appreciated and your team is outstanding.

I was at this giant eagle around lunchtime today and witnessed a worker bump into a shelf with her cart which knocked over a bunch of rotisserie chicken containers and she bent down, picked them up, and placed them right back on the shelf. I went up to 2 other workers asking if they would throw those containers out..and they looked at each other, laughed, said "we'll take care of it" and walked away. I stayed around another 10 minutes or so and still nothing was done with the lids. Not only am I disgusted by the fact that this occurred and will never be eating here again, but I am also shocked about how rude and dismissive the workers were.

Always fresh...a little pricey
