We've unsuccessfully tried to order pizza to go around 8:40pm, but the cook told us that it was too late, since the restaurant is only open until 9 o' clock. It was 8:40, not 9 pm. Who is the owner? Cook?

My husband and I were staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, so went to Safari Grille out of convenience. We have traveled extensively - and Chef Mark prepared the finest steak (a Delmonico - medium rare) we have ever had! It could have been cut with a butter knife - possibly a spoon - and adding anything to it (like salt or steak sauce) would have even a crime. We enjoyed our dinner at the bar with Gary - he is very friendly and sincere host! Mark
This place has a great atmosphere along with some of the best food in erie! Don't forget about this hidden gem!
My sister an I come to Erie every year for a few days vacation. We thought we would try your Safari restaurant. We ordered the fish sandwich. I must say it was below average. The fish was not very tasty actually it was very fishy tasting and the breading on it was way overdone. The bun it was on was half burnt & it was not hot. I’m sorry we had such a bad experience. We were planning on a good meal for our last night there. I hope your menu improves. Thank you. I thought you would want to have this info.

Less choices on the menu than other restaurants but the food I ordered was very good. Service was excellent also.
