I love this place. I go here multiple times a week for lunch because I work at the mall. I always get food and a smoothie. The employees are very nice and work hard to get orders done quickly. What I love the most is I have stomach issues and normally can't eat places without getting sick, but I can eat here and not have to worry. Thanks for making it possible to get healthy food while I'm at work to get me through my day.
1st visit, I was told they were closed despite it being an hour before the actual closing time on Google.2ed visit, no employee was around, this time 2 hours before the closing time. Stood around waiting and no one came out.3rd visit, I finally got drinks and it tasted like melted ice and the second drink was inediblely tart. It was clear they weren't made correctly. I love healthy cafes but I give up on this place.Edit: very unprofessional response. It is not my job to detail the exact time and date in a review. This is the experience(s) I received when visiting your location.I understand the issue with short staffing, however you need to update your Google hours to reflect that so other people, including myself don't waste a drive. I don't have a problem with short staff, I have a problem with your business being advertised as open then being told it is closed 1-2 hours early when I drive over.I also understand the problem with new staff, however If they are new, they should be supervised in the involvement of any food. I've only ever seen 1 employee work out front and run to the back. My 3rd visit I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come out which I didn't even detail in the original review. So no I will not go back to wait and ask to have it remade when nobody is working out front.I've read your other responses to other reviews and it further cements the fact that I will never return to this location or support you.
Not a fan of the smoothie at all. Tasted pretty much how it looked. Not good! I've never seen a brownish colored strawberry banana smoothie either? was very disappointed
Incredibly slow and overpriced, you could get a meal at ruby Tuesday’s faster and cheaper
Ordered a protein quinoa bowl and got a kale salad instead. The kale was wilted and yellow with bad smell. Not even any dressing like I ordered on it. Very sad because it took 40 minutes.
Very disappointed with the build a bowl I ordered yesterday. Ordered chicken only found a few pieces no flavor at all, ordered broccoli all I got were hard stems, some so woody couldn't even chew them! Also asked for edemame. ( Was listed with the fresh vegetables). And they were dried and tasted burned. I paid $14 for that bowl and a water so I complained to the worker and all she said was sorry, have a nice day. Don't:waste your money terrible food terrible service!
The employee who took our order yesterday was very rude, and essentially cut us off as we were ordering. The smoothies we ordered were really good, but the breakfast sandwiches were actually really soggy and gross.
This was 4th time I’ve eaten there. We all loved everything we got.. the salads are incredible as well as paninis & the smoothies. Definitely will go again.
Everything is sooo good here the staff are soo kind and wonderful and the smoothies and food is absolutely delicious I highly recommended it 5/5 stars
100% disappointed. I would recommend no one to go there.My first time trying it. Paid $3.00 to add the chicken to my salad. Chicken was slimy and pink. Chose to add broccoli to my salad. Broccoli was nearly frozen and all stems. Onions were disgusting. So I paid nearly $13 for this salad. All that was edible was the spring mix, cheese tomatoes and green peppers. For $13! I mean come on, slimy chicken? That's sad.
