A little bit on the pricey side but worth it. There are some parts of the menus that I do not enjoy but that's a matter of everybody's preference so you would have to try it out yourself. You have to get there early because they sell out everyday quick. The employees are friendly and courteous. At least for the amount of stress they deal with the keep their cool.

Was in Erie for a hockey tournament last weekend. Stumbled upon Federal Hill while parked at the stop light. We went for lunch the next day and all I can say is wow. Hands down the best Brisket I have ever had. Perfect smoke ring and moisture with a nice bark. The sides were great also (get the pickles). We are heading back next month and will be back.
This is, simply put, the finest place in town to get serious smoked meats. One bite of their succulent, mouth watering, amazing brisket will have you hooked. They sell out every day for a reason! Second year in a row getting brisket for Christmas dinner instead of prime rib and we all love it. Also got some pulled pork, theirs is the best! Incredible quality meats at a very reasonable price. Great service, great sauces, great smells! Just driving by this place and getting a whiff of the smoked meat is a pleasure. One bite and you will be back.
Loved every part of it. Brisket was rich and fatty with an impressive smoke cap. Turkey was moist and packed with flavor. Sides and sauces were spot on too.Would highly recommend. We got there at open and we were probably 15th or so in line.
This was by far THE BEST brisket I’ve ever had! The brisket basically melted in my mouth and the potato salad was the bomb! Ordered a to-go plate for my kid and a quart of potato salad! Try it out! You will not be disappointed!
