great food and our server Ishmael was GREAT!!
Stopped in on father's day and we were seated immediately but it was busy and service was a little slow. Despite that it and maybe because of that I give them 5 stars.Even though it was busy I never had to wait for essentials and when the food came out it was perfect. My wife had the mar y Tierra and I had the birria taco meal. Definitely would recommend.
This restaurant is family oriented with a terrific menu.
The good:Great service, the server was nice and polite. The food was quick and the chips and salsa were on the table ready for us before we were settled in.The bad:The food was bland. The chips were burnt and the salsa tasted like tomato sauce straight from the can. I had the nachos due to some online pictures that enticed me. Unfortunately they were very disappointing, the meat on them was bland and also tasted like canned meat.The birria tacos were good but they needed a spicy salsa to compliment them.GREAT PLACE FOR DRINKS I GUESS.Not authentic Mexican cuisine.
Been here several times, and yet to be disappointed. Good food, very nice location. Don't expect to wait too long to get your order, service is usually fast, and there's a full bar to hold you over. Good service from friendly people.

We had a wonderful experience at El Amigo Mexican Grill. The food was awesome. We ordered Guacamole along with our chips and salsa to start. Margaritas were yummy. Everyone got the Enchiladas Mexicanas. Tons of food for the price. Very flavorful. The Birthday Girl got the Fried Ice Cream dessert. Yamillah took good care of us. This place is decent and fair on prices! The portions are decent and taste is alright as far as authentic goes. I feel they were good on spice as some places do not even add any flavor at all. I would definitely come back here again!
