I have given this place multiple chances but it gets worse every time. I was not handed the correct drinks, and I still don’t have the correct drink. When I ask for special ingredients, or something extra they never complete my request.
What is wrong with this place? Better yet, what is wrong with the workers? A customer comes in asking for an orange juice. Just an orange juice. This female worker was so indifferent, so mean. Its disgraceful. She told the customer that they were out of orange juice. He asked if she can go check and she insisted that they were out. Now, it was a very hot day and many people would get a cold drink. Water, lemonade, or even ice tea. She didn't even care to correct her attitude. Then another worker stepped in and looked in the back instead. And what do you know, they had a bunch! She lied to a customer! Wanna go to this one, fine. Just don't let these ill-mannered workers steer you wrong. Make them check before they drive you out the door. These fast food workers need to start understanding: stop bringing your toxic personalities and/or personal issues to work. You're dealing with people. People want to be in a good mood. If you can't handle that, quit.
The SLOWEST Dunkin EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT waste your time coming here because you’ll be waiting in line for 30 minutes then waiting for the person to take your order for about 10 minutes. Came here so many times and each time it is absolutely awful but today was the definite worst. Placed an online order and stood in line waiting for 45 minutes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Also, watched a person make a drink through the drive thru window and she dropped the cup she was using and instead of getting a new one she reused it. GROSS.
Horrible customer service at this location. I ordered egg bites then an employee told me they don’t have those and I need to choose something else. there’s nothing else on the Dunkin menu that fits in my food regimen so I asked if I could have a refund instead. they were unable to provide a refund because they didn’t know how. I asked to get a frozen coffee instead and was told their frozen coffee machine was broken. So, I requested a latte and it came out 3/4 filled - I asked if they could fill it to the top and she said “no we can’t do that but I can add more ice if you want?”I mean, what a joke. Never going back to this location.
it was slow bc I sat all alone in drive-thru for almost 5 min waiting for someone to greet me then I was told to pull up Lil bit. some reason I was expecting it to be cheaper then starbucks but nooope.1 med ice coffee with 1 extra expresso shot and1 piece of toast annd1 sausage bagel sandwich bc they didn't have biscuit and1order hashbrwns (4tiny coin looking)- - -cost $16 bucks
Waited 15 minutes in the drive through to order coffee, 4 cars in line total. Was told they don't have hazelnut coffee anymore as well? Get to the window to pick up our order then we're told they ran out of coffee? At 1pm on a Saturday and that it was gonna be another 10 minutes before they could brew more. What a waste of time, and an awful location to boot. I'll never go to this one again
2 mornings in a row ruined. Yesterday, no opener so I got no coffee. And today, they gave me someone else's order, after asking if someone else's was already mine. How do you work at a coffee place where you can drink it whenever you want to stay mentally productive but keep messing up??? Thanks for 2 headaches in a row and a rough start to my work day AGAIN
Not at all a fan of this Dunkin’ location at all. I like the Dalrt company as a whole, they seem to have a good mission, and most of their Dunkin’ are run well. This Dunkin’ is a mistake though, the location is awful. I have been here twice and both times was an obnoxious wait. The way the drive though is set up is absolutely horrific, once you enter the line there is no way out. What if there was an emergency and I need to leave the line while I wait 15 mins for a coffee that is no an option you are trapped.
Went to get food and coffee asked for cheddar cheese on my sandwich and they give me American. So I took it back and Apparently I was required to be more specific about the cheddar cheese being white cheddar and not just cheddar. Because the guy taking my order proceeds to argue with me about it and tells me how I needed to say WHITE CHEDDAR. I say something to the lady at the window about it and she basically tells me that it’s my problem. And she won’t be saying anything about his rudeness to a customer.
Not very good experiences lately. A couple months ago went there and no one talked in the drive thru but we could see employees inside. We were able to walk in and order so someone wasn't paying attention. Two weeks ago on a Saturday at 11:30 am. The drive thru line was incredibly long. I decided to go in after waiting in line for 5 mins. Good thing because they said they ran out of expresso and weren't making coffee anymore...finally, yesterday I ordered the new salted carmel cold brew. Got home and it was salted carmel milk. Think I'll pass on stopping here again.
