Tonight is the 2nd time we have ordered food from Donatos Pizza. And will be my last. We ordered about a couple of weeks ago. And the cinnamon bread was so burnt it was hard as a rock. I called and gave me a $10 credit. Tonight we ordered & used our credit. My husband got a sub which he said was ok and I ordered a calazone with cheese & ham & pineapples. I wanted 1 more item but she it don't cook evenly. And also got salted carmal apple pie. Well my calazone & salted carmel apple pie was burnt bad on the bottom and around the sides. It was hard as a rock. So I called and asked if wanted a credit or make new calazone and salted carmel apple.pie. I didn't want another credit so they brought me more food. Well the calazone was so cold & alot of sauce. Can't really taste the cheese and I had pineapples and ham. It wasnt that great at all. And the apple pie was burnt on the bottom. I want calling back there. I will never order again from there. And the prices are alittle high for what u get. Customers beware !!!! I won't recommend at all. 3 times and I am done !!!
The staff were super nice and accommodating. Food was delicious as always. Nice and clean dine in experience.However, I was extremely disappointed by the wings I ordered. 6 wings for $8 and all 6 could literally fit in the palm of my hand. I really hope this was a fluke because we really enjoy it here.
Great pizza and salad. Staff was great. Definitely will go back for more great food

I took my three Grand daughters on a Valintines date,we had large pizza an our own 5 piece box of Chicken wings an sm soda.the pizza was cut into small pieces an perfectly cooked with a crunch i rate my pizza.But wat ever u do DONT gt Boneless wings,its basically a piece of sm thing dumped in batter then fried or baked,all i tasted was a lump of Batter,had to take it to counter an tell lady i cant eat wat ever this is an asked me if i wanted reg wings an i said yes,staff was curtious an professional about my encounter those watcha ma call it Boneless wings,Yes i would visit again,
I wasn't expecting much. I had an Italian sub sandwich. It was not horrible. Maybe a little smaller than I expected. Place was super clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
Unfortunately, I’m writing this 1-star review as I await my order that was scheduled to be ready at 1:22pm EST. It is now 1:38pm. There is a line of people waiting for their order and one poor girl at the counter trying to manage it all. There are so many great local pizza shops in town, please support them while spending less time waiting like me.
Received this sad pizza for lunch very little chicken. And no balsamic dressing on top. Very disappointed.
Our family lives in Erie and got takeout here a few months ago. (They eat here very often) We loved it so much we decided to stop in on our way home after a visit with them this past Saturday. (11-13-21) The employees were nice and friendly. The shop was not busy so our food was made quickly. We stopped in the wonderful bookstore next door while waiting. My husband loved his pizza. Mine was very good, but I was not crazy about the crust. It was fine because I took a chance on a vegan pie with Greek toppings. The rest of the pizza was absolutely delicious, but I will order a regular crust next time. It was just a consistency/texture thing. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. The salad we had last time with our family was amazing (chicken-bacon-cranberries-blue cheese)
The cauliflower crust pizza is great. I also highly recommend the meatless-meat option. Not sure what has happenes with meatless technology, but it is amazing. The toppings are always fresh and often more like a bruschetta. The delivery times are spot on and they have yet to aend the wrong pizza. This is going in my "fat guy approved" list. If you are looking for a low carb pizza with great flavour, Donato's is the spot.
