I would love to say that "Ryan" ( Buffalo Road) made both our pizzas perfect. One pizza was Thin crust,chicken,ham n bacon. Yes the pizza had all the toppings on every piece.The second pizza was light on the sauce,mushroom,bacon,ham.He made it just how I ordered it. Sauce was light and plenty of toppings on every piece.Great job Ryan .We will definitely be back soon. Thank you
poor customer service cocky attitude and just don't give a flying F supposed to be buffalo chicken no buffalo sauce no nothing chicken and cheese And trying to say that kids said he made it himself yeah..ok...
My mother who is newly medically disable order pizza last night online which she is very new to. She called to check on her order after much time had passed. They lady was complaining about not having enough staff. Which is the same boat EVERYONE IS IN. My mother hung up thinking the conversation was done. Much more time passed no pizza. She called back and the lady said I cancelled your order cause you hung up on me... then my mother goes to try and make a sandwich being malnourished at this point falls and busted both of her knee.my mother was not nasty on the phone she was simply hungry and couldnt cook. That lady had no right to cancel her order and treat someone that way. All she had to say is I'm sorry due to being short staffed it's taking longer than usual. My mom understands that . Now her favorite pizza place right by her she will no longer order from.
Absolute best Domino’s around, and it’s because the employees are the BEST! Super fast, friendly, respectful crew! The food is made fast, taste delicious, and the store always spotless! I never use to go to Domino’s until one day I tried this location, and now I keep coming back because the staff here is always amazing.
We tried to place an online order for carry out around 8:40pm, as both google and the Domino’s website listed their hours as closing at 2am. I received a call from an unknown number shortly after, but seeing as it’s 2021 I don’t answer unknown numbers because they’re always scam calls. They left no message, so I assumed it was nothing.20 minutes later, there was no update on our order tracker, so I tried following the email to get an eta on the pizza. The tracker said there was no valid order for our information, so we called the store on Buffalo Road. The person who answered spoke so fast that we had to ask him to repeat himself twice, and all he would say was that they were closed. He gave no apology for the situation, and was quite rude in the interaction.This morning, I checked my bank account and saw that my card had still been charged for the order, and when I called I was put on hold for 5 minutes before being told, rudely, and with no apology, that the refund would be there in 2-3 business days.The food isn’t good enough at this location for my to put up with this kind of service, and we will no longer be ordering from Domino’s.
if you want to order at buffalo rd, erie domino’s pizza be ready to waste your money they make pizza terrible burned and cheese dry need to hire someone with experience not highschool kids. Peach street erie pa domino’s they make the best pizza
I ordered a Extravaganza pizza for the first time , called them when I got home and asked if cheese comes on it , they said yes under the toppings . I told him there's no cheese of course he said bring it back. I said we started eating it and then he hung up on me. I will never go back again. I guess from them remodeling the Buffalo Rd. Domino's they can't afford CHEESE
This Dominos resturant has been a reliable place to get pizza for me for the last 3 years. Always hot and always delicious. I would highly recommend a pizza from here any time of day.
