I ordered carside delivery, and was waiting in the parking lot. When the ap told me it was ready (already told it I was there) I turned on my hazards. The timer started counting down, and stopped at 1:47, but no pizza. Someone had come out and handed an order to a car that pulled up to the door when he came out. I've had them turn off the timer before they came out before (or not start it at all) so I waited a while before I went inside.While waiting I watched a couple of the kids throwing something back and forth between the front counter and the prep area, with one of them taking the time between throws to smack something on the floor repeatedly before tossing it back up on the counter. Gross!When I went in to ask if my order had been given to someone else they didn't admit it, but also couldn't find it. They asked i i wanted them to make me a new one and it would take 10 min. I said that means the next one is free right? Because you missed the 2 min mark? He shrugged and went back to ask and told me they don't do that. I asked to speak to the manager who was incredibly rude and typed in the computer a bunch but never answered my question and went back to the back. I thought she was doing something regarding their guarantee so I asked about it anf the kid didnt know so she had to come out a second time. When she came back out again told me it was done. I said there are still commercials and the ap has the coundown. She said they do t participate. I would think the ap would not show the guarantee or the timer if that was the case. I asked if they were going to do anything about the fact I'd then been waiting about a half hour after I was initially told my order was ready and she said they were replacing it. That was all. If they weren't the only pizza place near me that had Gluten-free pizza I'd go somewhere else. Horrible service and saw some unsanitary stuff while waiting. ?
The guys at the checkout are STEALING money! The amount of my order was deducted from the card twice and I paid twice as much. Very DISGUSTING!!! The guy did not even try to apologize and did not return the money. Never going back again!
Pizza was very greasy and badly burned. This was not the first time from this location, but will be the last time. Tracker showed and stated pizza was delivered, but never actually got it until 5 minutes later. What's up with that one!
I was told by whomever was answering the phone on Saturday night I was “f***ing retarded” for calling at midnight. Google shows 2am. I don’t know, I am from out of town, but great customer service regardless… utterly despicable. Dominoes should be appalled. Not appropriate in any context. A simple “we are not open past [X] hour” would have sufficed.
Try adding some sauce to your pizza you may be surprised and actually sell more
Got here and they were closed do to covid! Explained that I was in from ny & had 3 hungry kids & needed a place to get food. They stayed there & made 2 Lg pies for me!!! This place is the ultimate place. Over & beyond what they had to do!!! Thank you so much for doing this.
Ordered subs to be delivered. Literally the worst chicken Parmesan sandwich I have ever had. The second sandwich was the Italian. Both were over cooked, almost burnt.
Literally saw them in there during business hours ignoring calls. I had been trying to order later for a couple days. So I decided to see what was going on in person by parking in view of the store and calling. Either change your online hours to adjust for your paid hour off or stop being annoying and answer the phone.
We called once and asked if they could deliver at 12am but they couldn’t because we were out of range and proceeded to hang up on us all the while being unpleasant. Then when we called back asking if we could pick up the pizza they told us walk out was closed then THREATENED us saying that they would call the police on us.
I don’t normally ever write reviews but this upset me. Placed an order last night over the app and it didn’t say the store was closed. Google said the store closes at 2am, I played the order around 12:30/1. I guess I received a call from the store, but I didn’t answer because I didn’t recognize the number and no voicemail was left. My friend and I drove all the way to the location and saw that it was closed. At the time I thought my order was placed and they had my money, so I called the store because I still saw people inside. I wasn’t being a pain, I understand they were closed but I just wanted to clarify that I would get my money back. I work customer service I understand it’s frustrating when customers come after close. But I called the store and a girl answered and told me they were closed and I asked if I could just ask a quick question. She said “yes,” and as I was talking she hangs up on me. It was very rude and my friends and I won’t be back at this location. All she could of done was provide a simple explanation. This store needs to update their business hours and address this poor customer service.
