WOW - super rude customer service. Someone called to inform me that the order I just placed could not be delivered and the way they said it was short and rude, which then made me want to respond rudely back.I know life is tough lately - but there's a better way to communicate. Just sayin'!

HORRIBLE customer service!! The managers wouldn't give me a name or employee number to report him. I had placed an order online and immediately after placing it(within 30secs) I called and talked to the manager and asked if he could change the 2 pizzas I ordered from both being pepperoni to one cheese and one pepperoni. He said no problem and when I received the delivery they were both with pepperoni. I then called back and the manager then lied to me by saying the pizzas were already in the oven when I first called? He was very childish and said some language I refuse to repeat on here. This manager was working at 5pm on December 30th. I had filed a complaint but obviously corporate doesn't care much!! DON'T give this place business!ZERO STARS
Manager was rude, I didn’t feel like I was even welcomed over the phone. Sent my pizza to the wrong address and hung up me twice before I can even finish with what I was saying. Rude customer service and will probably never order from dominos again if this is the workers they are hiring.
Worst service ever ! Those employees don’t wanna work I can never order a pizza there! They never answer the phone they put me on hold n hang up . When I order online they canceled my order . I will never try to order here again .

Ordered my pizza online over an hour ago. It still says prep not even in the oven yet. I called once and sat on hold for over 10 min. Hung up and called back and stayed on hold another 5. U can not be that damn busy! Customer service gets a 0. Will be ordering from elsewhere so if a pizza gets delivered I wasted your time like you wasted mine! Karma
I ordered food around 350 and after 2 hours of it not being here I called and was put on hold for 45 minutes. When she answered she had a full on attitude and said they only have 2 people working so we don’t have time for this. So I simply said I didn’t appreciate the way she was talking to me and she said she’s cancelling my order and hung up. Very unprofessional.
I've ordered a pizza and cheese bread the past 2 weekends. Order took 2 hours each time. Had to remake my order both times cause it sat for to long.. Tonight once again waiting.. I work in fast food so I understand being understaffed .. But 3rd weeks in a row. .hmmm
This place cancels my order 85% of the time for one reason or another. They're constantly calling me back and telling me that they can't complete my order. So sick of dealing with these guys. I'm going to see if I can start ordering from a different Domino's close by or something. Because the one downtown is ridiculous. 10/28/21 And of course they cancled my order again today.
