Main entree was cold. Side dishes tasted good. Food definitely tastes like a chain restaurant. Doesn’t have that smoker taste. The Carolina vinegar mustard sauce does not taste like the name says it is. Plus it’s too thick to be Carolina vinegar sauce. Tastes more like a traditional BBQ sauce. Prices are reasonable. Definitely not my 1st choice to a BBQ restaurant but when you have a craving for BBQ and the place you want to visit is closed, gotta do what you gotta do!!
Went there for the first time with high expectations. Was rudely told, without even looking at me, to go to the next window...I have never had brisket before and was curious to try it.I ordered a brisket sandwich. He took a cold bun out of the fridge door, removed a hynk of dry looking meat and proceeded to cut up a portion . Crammed it on a bun and handed it to another guy, who took me to the first window I originally stood at. He bagged it, asked about sides and BBQ sauce, and I left...Went home, heated it a bit, and attempted to eat it....It was tough and dry...the worst sandwich I ever had....The entire experience was awful..will never return or recommend!!! Turns out it was the manager who took my order. Talk about horrible customer service!!!
I grew up in the south so I know a little about good bbq and dickeys definitely represents. The brisket and the ribs are incredible and the service is always quick and friendly. Definitely my favorite place for good bbq.
In town visiting friends and saw Dickey's. I love Dickey's since I have it at home. The turkey was just as great! Also the mac and cheese was yummy!
Awful. Potato skin tasted like it was rolled in the mud, Ribs were mostly cartilage or gristle(my dog had a nice feast), slaw was warm and tasted rotten, green beans and brisket chili just sucked. Won’t be back.
best brisket in-town! love that it's smoked in the restaurant and you can see the smoker in the restaurant.
I wish I could give them negative stars. Absolutely Terrible. Not only was there no one in there, yet we had to go back in to retrieve the 2 sides they forgot to put in our bag. Not only that, they also messed up the bbq sauce placing the wrong sauces in the bag. When we get home to try the food, the brioche bun on the pork sandwich was extremely hard I could use it as a hammer, not to mention the dinner rolls were even worse. Extremely disappointed and will never be returning. Terrible workers and terrible food. I feel bad for the owner because his workers are clueless and fooled around while we were waiting for them to put our food in a bag. I wish I could get a refund because the food went straight in the trash when we got home after revealing the poor quality and terrible food. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money and go to literally any other place.

Never order from them if you're having it delivered from a food delivery service. I spent $30 and they shorted me one of the meats and messed up my sides. By the time my food came they were closed so I left them a message on Facebook and they didn't even take the time to bother to reply. No apology. Nothing. I'll never order from them again.
Got a half rack of ribs they were good my husband love them I got brisket it was good but I got to end piece that was kind of burnt so was kind of disappointed in that other than that it was good like always
