Had amazing food and the customer service is the best. Had 80 bday for my mom she was so helpful in ordering and I needed the food for Saturday but they were not open. She made the food so it would not get nasty in a day and stayed there for me to pick up later on Friday. she put tomatoes on the side for the subs. Everyone loved the food. The antipasto was so fresh and great flavors. highly recommend them for your evrnts!!!!

Dee’s Deli has the best soups and sandwiches in town. We often have sandwiches brought in at my office for lunch and they are always perfection. Don’t even get me started on the chocolate chip cookies
They have great food but they lost me as a customer as of this morning..they have always taken there phone off the hook when they get busy so customers can't place orders over the phone.. this has been happening before covid hit and they were short staffed. So yesterday my place of employment wanted to order them for lunch for delivery and surprise surprise they took there phone off the hook. So I nicely went to there Facebook page and kindly asked them that we wanted to order food for delivery and to please put the phone back on. This morning after 24 hours I got response who I think was one of the owners calling my message ridiculous and was straight up rude and accusing me of harassment.. idk when kindly asking for someone to turn there phone on to place an order was harassment but they need better customer service. They lost me and my place of employment as customers.

My husband stopped in to grab sandwiches for family this afternoon after zoo visit and they were fantastic. Fresh, quality ingredients on huge sandwiches that did not disappoint. So much better than any of the major chains. We will be back next time we are in Erie. Thank you, Dee's!
